Awesome, thanks for the advice/perspective. Quick clarification, I mentioned in the OP that she lives in a different city and actually country now, so it isn’t possible for her to just visit for wine. That’s a good point about putting her ahead of other people I could travel with. Will need to figure some stuff out

Hahah, yeah not literally like a male companion so probably not the best analogy. So I had/have plans to travel SA solo once covid gets better, so I’m not concerned about traveling solo and I have traveled somewhat solo before. But I get you, thanks for the perspective/advice

Yeah, good point about the covert contract. I think that’s kinda of what I’m afraid of. I guess I have to make up my mind if sex is a requirement, because I think you might be right. I could potentially suggest she visit me for a few days and then we travel. But it might be a bit difficult/messed up to bail on the travel if she comes to visit under that pretense. She has 1 month of time off

I have and I do wanna do more solo travel but also with somebody. I find traveling alone tends to allow for more growth but traveling with someone is more fun

Definitely not paying for her and it would be traveling abroad. And ok that makes sense. I’ve traveled quite a bit but always with male companions or groups. So then treat her as if she was a male companion i.e focus on the travel and companionship aspect and if I get laid great
