1	When did you start learning and practicing the game I think this really is the key. I used to listen to dozens of hours of podcasts, audiobook and yt videos on talking to women, and although there was a lot of good advice the best thing really was just practice. Learning to recognize my own game by leaning into my strengths and working on my weaknesses helped me realize that I wanted to go after girls that would like me for me, and it's made life so much easier. 1	When did you start learning and practicing the game I remember I got my first girlfriend using techniques from how to win friends and influence people, it seems to work really well for any girl I strike up a conversation with, but the approach anxiety is what kills me. I can talk to anyone I'd normally interact with (eg cashier), but just random girls that I pass by or at the gym? No way. How would you recommend dealing with this?
