Where I live, It's just part of the look for most modern young thots. ​ They get a hefty fake tan, some platinum blonde hair dye, and then cake their face with so much make-up you don't even recognize them. Hell, I've even seen some women wearing fake contacts, always blue.

Never quite got that phrase, wouldn't you just be showing each other your flaccid dicks(unless your gay, and really into the other guy).
