Lol why is it ridiculous? Theres not even a statute of limitations in the state that the assault allegedly occurred. In fact, I'm willing to bet there will be an actual criminal investigation in to Kavanaugh eventually. It's pretty fucking ridiculous to act like somehow it being 36 years ago makes it not a crime. Once again this is isnt a criminal trial. These are character testimonies about a man about to be appointed to the supreme court. Probably not the right sub to put this in, but how about a little empathy? Everyone is beholden to the styles of the day. I pretty much live in khaki shorts because everyone wears them due to how easy it is to match them. Fortunately, men's styles are usually not very sexy (other than dem male rompers, and I'm not gay).
