I find it difficult to really get anything out of his videos. They're really only good for a fleeting "motivational" boost. I also can't really relate with his go hard or go home attitude to working out every day because it seems like it would be a lot easier to work out every day when said working out every day and promoting it is your job, whereas I have a full-time job and other passions and interests all competing for my limited time and energy. As you say, the message of working smarter, an…

That makes sense. I think I agree with the sentiment but am being being pedantic because the example, to me, sounds stilted. Seems like a good mental state to hold.

I enjoy going on hikes as much as the next guy, but I generally don't go alone - I go with mates. Who really cares if you were going to go hiking alone anyway or not? -- most people don't give a shit. Yes, I get the premise. Live life like you want to first and foremost. Let people into your world who you want to let in. That said, in this scenario she said yes and you're going on the hike. Those are the facts, and the 2nd sentence is just a factual statement. If you're truly living life the way…

Number 2 sounds like the most natural sentence. Three sounds like you're trying/projecting too hard. Why do you need to go to lengths to ensure a single sentence makes you sound better than her, or more alpha? Who are you trying to prove yourself to? Just keep it simple. You don't need to overthink the minutiae of every sentence.

Manosphere bloggers, influencers, and YouTube's are mostly super cringe. And you better believe they have a book you can buy on Amazon rehashing very vague and basic advice.

I'm confused on 'The real power of a woman is in the size of the smile of the man sitting next to her.' Even with genders reversed I don't get what a person adjacent to you has to do with, well, you. Maybe I'm overthinking things and need to get to bed

I've just been learning this one naturally. Deadpan delivery works really well and I can tell that it sparks the 'mysterious'-ness attribute more of this girl I like rather than just like constantly smiling and laughing. Even seen some girls recommend not smiling too much in profile pics or too many pics on social media/apps and stuff because it comes off as disarming or unconfident

People are more comfortable talking and opening up when adjacent to each other rather than faced towards each other making eye contact.

It'd be pretty hilarious if there was a reversal and slowly guys stop going until the ratio tips to the point that there's more girls than guys all trying to get free drinks and shit in there. I'd probably pay to see them trying to get other chicks to buy them drinks

I've tried many things, I'm not even there 100% yet when it comes to avoiding all of these easy dopamine things. I'm still working on myself but I think this may be of some help. When it comes to video games and Nofap, the ONLY thing that has worked so far is filling up my day with activities, preferably not at home, such that I have no opportunity to even engage in them. If you want to succeed in quitting these then you also need to come home or be mentally or physically tired by evening so tha…

Yeah I didn't word my comment very well. I meant it's not so much related to the culture of the country as it is how densely populated of an area you live in like you say.

You can't just "get" it. I'm not sure what these guys are talking about but if America is anything like Australia you can't just go and decide that you want TRT、 an endocrinologist has to get you onto it and that's only for kids

Yeah nah it didn't confuse me, it just sounded incorrect. After googling it, it appears that the affirmative usage of 'anymore' is used in select US dialects and Ireland which I was not aware of. Oops!

In his second link, he states: "These assumptions (or first principles) are considered very rigid in physical sciences and good approximations in social sciences." I think that's the key part. People subconsciously analyse and stereotype people according to their past experiences with similar behaviour of other people (a.k.a the analogy method) all the time. This isn't to say that by trying to assume some base principles of women that they are truth for every single one, but instead one can obse…

The two are often combined when they say this e.g. "women attempt suicide just as much if not more than men, but they don't choose as lethal methods " as if to imply causation.

The problem is bombarding them with this shit so early. After around 16 I think most boys can smell the bs, but if they're indoctrinated earlier then the ship has already sunk.

All the while China rapidly overtakes us technologically with an absolute advantage (in the economical sense) in labour, not to mention the lack of bullshit like this, further steering people (men and women) away from STEM subjects.

It could just be Australia, my city, or my specific Uni. Dunno. As the other guy said, your mileage may vary. So anecdotally, there are definitely a lot of smart women getting into, and focusing on the lucrative industries. (engineering, business/finance, med)

9 times out of 10 someone will bring up the "men use more lethal methods" argument. but I mean come on, the fact is that men are going through with said action, rather than not committing, showing an even worse problem than the 80% already..

They are his friends, they would rather eat at KFC (just another fast food joint anyway, hardly like they're giving anything up) with their mate, than split up. Because who wants to purposefully ditch a friend to "have abundance"? I dont know how this guy thinks he's "being alpha" by doing this and actually takes pride in it, nor how it is the top comment..

in the past, a happy wife wouldnt divorce you for arbitrary reasons, for money (because remarrying woulda been harder), or when another dude even half-decent comes along. they would cook and clean, and create a supportive atmosphere. I think the phrase is just outdated, except for in some minority of relationships, including older couples who grew up in a slightly different time. thats just my thoughts
/r/MGTOW26/07/16 03:59 PM

I would really be in favour of this kind of lifestyle if it just tweaked it a tiny tiny bit. What if you took your growing vegetables thing to another level, to the point that you could start earning some money off it? Selling at local markets or something. Now, imagine if heaps of people did this. You just made available a wide variety of fresh fruit and veg to a small community. Yes, I know this happens already but it's such a nice thing to think about.
/r/TheRedPill21/07/16 02:07 PM

It's weird that youre getting downvoted. It's not like most people decided "I want to work super hard for not much money", they decided "If I want money I have to work super hard, I dont have much of a choice nor can I control the economy"

Yep, I saw some sort of Bernie Sanders flyers the other day on campus. There are also people standing around promoting him and try and make you join the socialist club. I dunno why people get so in to it when it's not really that relevant to us. Sure, a general interest in global politics is important but why try and promote him when we can't even vote for him ?
