There's nothing more repulsive to women than a man who is undesirable or not preselected by women even if he is a good man. Women have impressions of men related to "vibes" and his attractiveness or status, and then they invent moral arguments to justify their disgust or respect for certain men.

Have you seen irl boobs compared to the perfect boobs in porn?
