| -5 | Oh so that's what being a feminist is all about!I disagree when this is the kind of content that gets voted up and then becomes the "face" of MRA on reddit but yea, i did over react. | /r/MensRights | 29/10/12 03:38 PM |
Oh so that's what being a feminist is all about! You're right. Like I said at the bottom of the post i over reacted, it happens. However just downvoting isn't working either since this is the stuff that always floats to the top. | /r/MensRights | 29/10/12 03:37 PM

Oh so that's what being a feminist is all about!Thats it. I am punching out, done. This subreddit has devolved into facebook posts and a non stop circle jerk. Every thread is "help help i am oppressed.". Is there another subredit that focuses more on the activist part of MRA or the legal portion that has to do with actual injustices that we as a community can actually do something about? I want to read/learn about court situations, or inequality that is of a legal nature where activist action, community will, might help actually do something.… | /r/MensRights | 29/10/12 11:50 AM
No one was arrested for asking "do I know you". He was arrested for bear hugging a woman he didn't know and not letting her go...This crap hurts our cause. There are so many legitimate things to address in this subreddit to post inflammatory crap makes us look like children that cry unfair every time we read anything. This seems familiar, hmm is there another group that does something similar that perhaps we complain about all the time. To many real MRA things to discuss, talk about, and handle. The circlejerk stuff is killing this subreddit. At least for me. | /r/MensRights | 26/10/12 10:17 PM
Michelle Obama's Facebook page just put this up.Missed what you said. I gave you the upvote for contributing. Reddit doesn't understand or refuses to care to understand what the up/down vote is really supposed to be used for. | /r/MensRights | 23/10/12 03:00 PM

Michelle Obama's Facebook page just put this up.There needs to be a safety net, a way to help pad the landing when you fall on face, there doesn't need to be a system the causes permanent dependence. | /r/MensRights | 23/10/12 02:58 AM

Michelle Obama's Facebook page just put this up.People need to be able to find work so they can lead a good life. You're not entitled to anything. Get government out of the way of business. | /r/MensRights | 23/10/12 02:55 AM
Michelle Obama's Facebook page just put this up.You know i made a post a couple days ago about not throwing my vote away and holding my nose and pulling the lever for the other canidate that was close to what i wanted but after all the replies i have come 180 on this. 3rd party, Johnson 2012. | /r/MensRights | 23/10/12 02:30 AM

Another gem, I am so sick of seeing these types of things everywhere.MRA here (married). If you're married then it is "our wallet". It's kind of the point. One kitty, shared goals, life built together. My wife has chosen to be a stay at home mom so that we can build some productive humans :) How, and in what world, should that mean that she is in some way beholden to me for handouts. It's ridiculous to even think about it. Everything we spend is budget based and decisions are made together. I can see the annoyance if your partner is out spending all the money but… | /r/MensRights | 21/10/12 06:04 AM
Shed some light on a man who is trying to get justice for being abused by 4 male coworkers. Thought we could help.Bullying is bullshit, period and I would say is a pretty big MRA issue if you ask me. I have heard people say its part of growing up as a boy. What a bunch of crap. I had friend that got bullied all the time, he ended up doing inhalants and being reckless because of the abuse and ultimately passed out in the woods, falling into mud and suffocating. Yep, just part of growing up. Although it seems to be taken for more serious now then when i was in school. | /r/MensRights | 18/10/12 01:01 PM
Shed some light on a man who is trying to get justice for being abused by 4 male coworkers. Thought we could help.Do online petitions do anything other than help people feel good about themselves? If people really wanted to help this young man what could we do that would actually help promote a good outcome for him? | /r/MensRights | 18/10/12 12:01 AM
Shed some light on a man who is trying to get justice for being abused by 4 male coworkers. Thought we could help."Am i missing some piece of this that would explain some of these obvious issues with the story?" @cynwrig & @tonguesplitter -- "Shaw is a construction company" Thanks that's what i was missing. This makes it completely plausible in my mind. | /r/MensRights | 17/10/12 11:31 PM
Shed some light on a man who is trying to get justice for being abused by 4 male coworkers. Thought we could help.AT WORK!?!?! How does that happen? "What's for lunch, well bra i thought we would get a burger and then stick this pen up skittles ass". How does this happen. I want to believe this is legit, but how does one get duct taped and sodomized at work and people not notice. HR is SUPER HYPER Sensitive over the smallest things (and not just towards women at least at my company) . I don't see a business, over fear of lawsuit, not doing something. I am 100% MRA (mostly lurk on here) but this "smells" or … | /r/MensRights | 17/10/12 06:27 PM
