I was sort of like this with my father. I didn't dislike my mother as much; I just loved my dad more. He always told me that if I wanted to live with him from then on that I would have to go in front of a judge and my mother and tell the judge that I didn't want to live with her anymore. I never tried because I didn't want to hurt her feelings. :/
