I feel like she was addressing the elephant in the room to make herself more comfortable and OP handled it very well with "Ok" and what HAD to be a sly smile.

Being prepared with a plan of escalation is not in any way a bad idea, but usually ends up being a general guideline if it goes well anyways!

A little chase here and there, keeps interest but makes her think about you more and more. Creating patterns in your interactions and then breaking those patterns makes her think about you. Example may be texting back within an hour or two window consistently and throwing a curveball of 3-5hours, or not at all. You will consume her parts at least partially during that window. Canceling plans is a good one in moderation, makes you seem like a hotter commodity. She gets all done-up or at least ant…

This probably isn't the answer you want to hear, but it could be. I think, "I'm going to fuck the shit out of you." I think I read that somewhere in this sub. I tend to replay it whenever establishing eye contract In the store, on a date, or whatever. It seems to speak volumes non-verbally and does so harmlessly. It's 100% to your advantage so long as you can keep from subconsciously verbalizing it too early on, I tend to stop replaying it but keep sending the "eye-message" once I get into conve…

It's easy to take away something from every interaction when you're new to this, I know I am. it can be difficult to actually be in the moment, listening to a woman, and responding in a way you'll feel good about later. I find this happens when I forget who I'm talking to or just feel right at home, comfortable with them. Keep on keeping on yeah yeah!

It's all a learning experience when you're new, that's how I justify my mishaps. You're all the better for it as long as you analyze, realize your mistakes, & move on.

Sounds like it's mutual, but don't get clouded with emotions and taint a relationship you have now. If it's the logical step, go ahead. If not, hold that girlfriend card as long as you can.

Great thoughts, lengthy but well done.

Apologize for the length and probable tangent here. Something I'm adapting into my life is a quote from the lead vocals of Chiodos, Craig Owens. It may be on all of his merch, but the message still hits me as I've thought over it for a long time now. Learn to Love Yourself. I have high standards as well and recently realized that girls are actually interested and find me attractive, the very same I thought were beyond me. I've been told I have a hot face and even as far as I have the face of a g…

I was in a car with two girls and a couple guys which were 4 or so years older than me and the girls. The two told their numbers of lays, both being in the high 50's and the girls were asking our opinions in what number made a girl a whore. I don't like to give harsh criticism, and neither did the fellas I was with. I was prepared to give my answer of being a virgin and let it trickle back to my interest that's good friends with these girls but was not outright about it. Does one think I should …

I'm in the same boat, but closer to a month. For me I feel that texting leads nowhere quickly especially when the end goal is meeting up, which can't happen. I texted a girl for ~a week, we met up, & now it's at a stand still. That being said, if something reminds of her or I see something funny she'd appreciate, I don't hesitate to text her that. Phone call is better but ultimately leads nowhere until you get back. I'm interested in others responses here.

What I see here and relate to is that both males and females like a challenge, a chase if you will. As soon as these females make it readily clear that they want to meet/progress, you lose the intensity of the hunt, when in reality it's only just begun.

You tell her that's exactly why you need her number, so she CAN get to know you!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
