You say you didn’t notice she didn’t text you at night, but you clearly did man. She tells you that she feels unimportant and neglected when you don’t text back, but weirdly enough, once you begin texting her more often, she becomes aloof. Notice how you get more attention and investment from her when you don’t text her? Perfect example of watch what they do, not what they say. Keto is great for losing fat, but horrible for athletic performance. Endurance athletes, powerlifters and people who do resistance training in general would not benefit in terms of performance in the gym on a keto diet. If your main goal is to lose weight, go for it. If it is to lose weight while maintain strength, endurance etc., then there are other ways to achieve the weight loss.

Rice, tuna, oatmeal etc. are all dirt cheap and can be bought in bulk. There are countless youtube videos about bodybuilding on a budget you can benefit from. In my opinion, theres no need to spend on creatine, protein and other supplements or fancy food if you dont have to. Cheap foods can still do the trick just as well.

To be honest, I think that sometimes you have to experiment with different routines. You might find that you are more into powerlifting than bodybuilding, strongman, even crossfit. Point of lifting is not just to look great imo, because that happens through discipline and through a routine. However, a sick physique can be achieved by different means. For me, I love working out, so much so that it is a routine for me. If i miss 1 out of my 6 workouts a week, I feel sluggish and generally annoyed.…
