2	Taking the ring off Sure it feels different at first. You get used to it. You seem like you’ll adapt quickly as you realize it’s nothing more than an object. Embrace the different feeling and know this is just part of life. I sold mine soon after taking it off. Might as well recover whatever value from the thing I could get. 3	What are the 1st weeks like, how do I prepare? They are as hard as you make them. It will be a change and a challenge. Just know you will be okay. You’re going to get through this. In terms of what you need, get your finances sorted. Know all of your account info and balances. Have your last few tax filings ready. You’ll also likely need a copy of your marriage certificate.
