I disagree. Its interesting to hear certain men talk about how women pretend to be "backed into a corner" but have never experienced what its like to be a woman. Most of the time when women vent to me its because they feel like the won't be heard by other people, which is exactly what is happening here. A lot of men will only accept that a woman who "can talk straight about sex and gender politics" is a woman who shares their exact views and won't bring up differing opinions. It's easier to pret…

I wasn't talking about male birth control, but unfortunately the only reliable methods are to use a condom and pull out or to get a vasectomy. That doesn't mean we should take away women's birth control. (Expecially since hormonal birth control is used to manage a variety of medical conditions.) There are many male birth control options being tested, but I doubt any of them will be made (except for the male pill) because big pharma would rather keep people paying for drugs as opposed to using an…

You need to reread my comments, especially that bit where I said I have no problem with people who go their own way, I have a problem with people who "pump and dump" others. If men and women who say they're going their own way actually do that then it would be lovely as they won't abuse the opposite sex any longer. (This goes for men who pump and dump women, as well as women who use men for money.) Also, women do have dozens of options for birthcontol if they have the money to pay for it, which …

I'm not whining about men, I'm stating the reasons women aren't having sex and have information to back it up. Not once did I blame men or say men are at fault, I'm just struggling to understand how this is a problem for men when they're having more sex than women are in the last few years. (Are women not allowed to go their own way like men are?) I really wish this sub would bring up and try and solve issues men actually face, like schools contacting mothers when fathers are listed as being the…

Why do you believe women aren't having sex? Also, I never said they were facts. Women not having sex is due to a cumulation of factors, like the ones I've mentioned. These are just some of the important ones that I got from actually talking to the women around me.

The graph shows "under 35s who have not had sex in the last year". The number of men who have not had sex drops from 23% to what appears to be 18%, meaning more men are having sex. Edit: The overall trend is that both men and women are having less sex as the years go on. It isn't an outlier that currently men are having less sex because it flip-flops between the two sexes.

I'm not a feminist, but can you please link your data? Here's mine: https://imgur.com/HGlnCTJ Men are having more sex between 2020-2021 than women. Would you like to tell me what it means to "face consequence of their actions"? I'm genuinely curious. Getting plan B if a condom breaks to prevent an egg from meeting sperm? Responsible. Using birth control to prevent an egg from being released? Responsible. Getting sterilized to never get pregnant in the first place? Responsible. They're doing everything possible to prevent pregnancies despite how hard it is to access this stuff.

The repeal of Roe, pharmacies refusing to fill birth control prescriptions, and doctors not sterilizing women despite them wanting to be sterilized, means that many women don't feel safe having sex anymore. And that isn't mentioning how there is a visible spike in the data for both men and women as they weren't having sex (due to isolating) because of covid. Edit: You "not being allowed" to talk about "real" reasons tells me everything I need to know. You know nothing. (1) Women are scared about…

Tate locked people in his home in Romania and refused to let them leave claiming the Romanian police wouldn't do anything about it. He's not needed. Edit: If it is a lie it hasn't been disproven. Him claiming he hasn't prevented anyone from leaving when a handful of people say otherwise isn't disproving anything.

This is why its important to live with someone before deciding to move in long term and get married. You might think someone is your other half only to find out they don't bother with house chores, see you as a work horse, take you for granted while buttering you up so you don't leave, etc. If the biggest reason why men are going their own way is that women might break up with them then they should go their own way already. There's nothing wrong with admitting you're no longer a match. Edit: Her…

MGTOW repeatedly talked about "pumping and dumping women", how to find a girl who will do all the chores you need them to do but lead them on and never marry them, said women shouldn't vote, and regularly called women dogs. Even original MGTOW members had left these online spaces because it wasn't about men lifting up other men anymore, it was about how to use and abuse women. Out of curiosity, it took you "2 years of confrontation" to make her agree to no kids fully knowing she wanted them and your sex life hasn't been good. You cannot compromise on having kids and that should've been the first sign to break up with her. You also didn't follow up and ask if you two had safe sex, you just assumed, so unfortunately some of the blame lies with you. Why did you stay together? Why haven't you gotten a vasectomy yet if you know you didn't want kids? If you were drunk and s…

I like how this post talks about the struggles of men asking women out but I rarely hear about someone complaining how uncomfortable women feel being asked out in inappropriate scenarios. Get turned down? Move on, don't waste your time. ...So many men don't take "no" for an answer that its mentally exhausting having to prove that you actually have a partner (because they won't believe it). I also asked my male partner out, so there's that.

Comparing richness to being a high value male isn't the same. Sure if everyone is rich then no one is rich, but based off of dating preferences not everyone has the same idea of a "high value male". My friend likes "big buff black men" (her words, she's not white either), while I don't care about height and like pudge. I also like larger noses and people around me don't. The one thing me and my friends believe is that a potential partner shouldn't be sexist and should have some sort of a job (i.…

Men who are tortured into listening to women vent endlessly have to leave people who emotion dump. I left both a male and female friend because they would emotion dump every time I talked to them regardless of the situation. It doesn't really matter what website I source in this case as both Psycology Today and the American Psycological Association say the same thing, one just puts the scientific articles they cited into a more reader friendly format in my opinion. The problem with rule 3 is tha…

I don't agree with rule 1 because when it comes to venting men and women aren't that different. I have known women that want solutions and men that don't. It has less to do with sex and more to do with the type of person as well as the situation they're dealing with. I also don't believe that men resort to logic more than women. Both men and women express anger at equal rates but men are more likely to be outwardly aggressive (Psycology Today). They definitely don't "avoid" emotions getting in t…

There's a difference between dating a bum (someone who doesn't have a job, doesn't care about looking for a job, and won't bother to help anyway with the finances) vs a man who has a lower paying job then you.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 05:36 AM

I'm saying this politely, but "rule 7" is a joke. If you cannot talk to your partner about the difficulties in your life then why are you dating them in the first place? I'd leave my partner if they felt like they couldn't talk about their frustrations with me. (There's also a difference between venting and emotion dumping.)

(1) All people need to vent sometimes, both men and women, and bringing up a solution too soon might make it seem like their struggles are not important and can easily be fixed. (2) Men think extremely emotionally as well depending on the topic, they just don't seem to address it likely due to the "men aren't emotional hurr durr" nonsense. Courts are more likely to leave children with the parent that is home the most often and is therefore the most likely to be involved in child care. This also usually means that the parent who is at home more than the other usually has a lower paying job and women are less likely to earn more than their husbands who work longer hours. Yes women are seen as more nurturing than their husbands, but they also spend twice as much time on average taking care of the kids (and in over half of all divorce…

Its funny to me how its "zero maternal instinct" if the mother doesn't want to deal with the kids but if the dad threatens to leave the kids for not being his (before finding out that they actually are his) then thats somehow okay. The other person could be calling the post toxic because this post heavily implies that the majority of women wouldn't want their children to get dna tested because they're cheaters when really it is more likely that the women feel betrayed by their partners not trusting them. I'm mostly pointing out the shockingly large amount of men who ignore the clit and assume all women can get off to piv sex. After a while, for a lot of women, its easier to lay there and let it be over with because trying to explain things to a partner who won't listen is like talking to a brick wall. Women can die in childbirth as well as a whole host of complications that come with carrying a child, so its not the same. The only way to do a paper abortion would be to allow men to sign on to be fathers at 10 weeks and allow women to get abortions around 15+ weeks, but it looks like that's not happening anytime soon.

What men should've done is called for paper abortions where they have to sign a paper around the 10 week mark agreeing to be a parent while the woman could get an abortion at the 15 week mark. If he doesn't sign on she has time to abort. By making it an opt in system women can't "trick" men into having kids and men aren't forcing women to stay pregnant only to dump them when she's done giving birth. No, that would be like saying you consent to having bodily harm done as a result of a car crash despite doing everything possible to prevent it (smarter cars, air bags, seat belts, safety seats for kids, etc.) Just because something could happen doesn't mean you consent to being disfigured as a result of the risks.

Big pharma doesn't want male birth control to be a reality. The testicle baths are really promising, but they're a reusable tool one would keep at home. They're also working on a reversible "plug" that keeps sperm from being released from the testicles. The issue is that with these types of male brith control there would be a drop in the sale of female birth control pills, something women have to constantly take and pay for.

Except how do you prove that the man did not give his consent earlier and only changed his mind after she couldn't get an abortion? If women on average find out they are pregnant around 5-6 weeks, then men should have 3-4 weeks to opt-out of rasing a child they don't want if 91% of abortions are done in the first 13 weeks. At around 9-10 weeks a guy should have to formally sign a paper (with his wife acknowledging that he read it) whether he is signing away his rights or choosing to stay a commi…

Women don't normally sue for "regret", they sue for wrongful births when the sterilizations have failed. There are evaluations you have to take part in and sign papers stating you know you will be sterilized and will never have biological kids from that point on and doctors still won't preform these. (And that's even if you have the money or can convince your insurance to cover one.) Tubals aren't a realistic form of birth control for a lot of women, so please don't act like this is something th…

"Use birth control" is a funny one when elected officials are also going after birth control, as well as insurance companies not providing them due to "religious" reasons. Tubals are also not easy to get unless you're over 30, have two kids, and are married. Women are routinely turned away from getting tubals and hysterectomies (yes, even if they have severe endometriosis) and are asked "what will your future husband want?". "Children" shouldn't be consequences and the "life" of something that doesn't have nerves to connect pain receptors to a brain shouldnt have priority over someone who can feel pain and emotions. "Life of mother" exceptions have also proven to not work, so it also blows my mind when people say this won't affect women who are dying as a result of a pregnancy complication. Unfortunately they will affect both pregnant women and women who have never been pregnant because doctors, nurses, and pharmacists won't be able to act out of fear or won't have the resources available for care. So when will we start punishing victims of car crashes for taking joyrides? Why should my tax dollars pay for life saving medical care because someone wanted to ride their car? Who cares if they were using airbags and seat belts (birth control, condoms, and plan B), it was still their fault for getting into a car. I am not talking about abortion, I am talking about actual cancer care and how women with medical complications during pregnancy won't receive medical care because almost the majority of states with abortion restrictions don't include exceptions to save the life of the mother when the fetus is considered not viable (and those that do are still deterring doctors from doing their jobs). I think there's is controversy because people believe women are going to get "free" leave regardless of pain when really its just so that doctors, teachers, and employers take period pain more seriously. Both Japan and South Korea have some form of menstrual leave and it isn't an issue for them. I don't think this is going to be more abused than other chronic pain issues like headaches/migraines.

Its specifically talking about women who have painful periods as a result of hormone issues, endometriosis, PCOS, etc. Its not about all women who bleed. Because women are already told how to treat men by their parents and grandparents. They're told from a young age that they'll "make great house wives" when they bake or do basic chores. They're told to put up in bed to keep their husbands fulfilled. They're turned away from sterilization because "what if your future husband wants kids" while ignoring that you don't want them. Throwing up due to pain after being physically assaulted by being kicked in the balls is expected. I don't support men and women who kick other men in the nuts and we shouldn't encourage it. However, no one is kicked in the nuts 5-7 days straight every month from 10 years old to 40-60 years old. What is the point you're trying to make? Being assaulted is bad.

Its a good thing in my previous comments I said that a doctor should be the one determining how bad a specific woman's periods are. (How is this bit being ignored?) Was the "DOES NOT HAPPEN" comment also in regards to your family? You do understand how the range of period pain doesn't magically exclude people with pain so horrible that they cannot move, right? You also ignored when I said a doctor should be determining a person's pain, not solely based on sex. A woman on her period is not a disabled person (correct), but being on a period can have debilitating pain depending on the person. Lots of women I grew up with in high school and middle school would leave class to cry and throw up in the bathrooms and then go back to class like it was nothing. This should extend more towards schools than work since you can get held back if you miss too many classes. (For work you could get a doctors note.)

That's why I said you'd need a doctors appointment to confirm your condition. The "This stupid "example" had never occured" bit is mildly infuriating to me cause here me and my friend are and we're living proof. I want to remove my reproductive organs but doctors won't do it because I'm too young and don't have kids. Edit: I also can't listen to music or watch TV because hearing noise increases my nausea. Yes I am seeking medical treatment.

I think there's a difference between giving an able bodied person 3 extra days off per month vs giving someone who sits in a bath tub crying and throwing up for 2-3 days straight 3 extra days off per month. (Although things like this should be determined by doctors visits, not sex.) Edit: I need to start taking pictures and having physical proof of how often I vomit due to pain since people like me apparently don't exist.. and I'm the one in my family who has the highest pain tolerance. Louisiana removed the line "implantation" after fertilization in their newest bill meaning anything that prevents a fertilized egg from implanting such as plan B, IUDs, and possibly the pill will likely be harshly controlled. There's no other reason why they would've removed that line. The pills unfortunately can cause breathing problems for people to where an IUD is necessarily and condoms aren't an option for people with PCOS or endometriosis. I'd rather be safe than have even the thought of m…

I'm not a woman, but I use birth control to treat a debilitating condition that will be under threat as a result of these laws, but have fun in this echo chamber, sweaty! Your lack of empathy towards other humans is apparent. (Childbirth is also taxing on the body and can result in life long issues as well as death. Adoption is a solution to parenting, not pregnancy.)

Cow's go through grief when their calves are taken from them, yet videos of cows being inhumanely slaughtered are not going to stop people from eating meat. (I'm not a vegan). The idea is a fetus doesn't have developed pain receptors and the very few pain receptors that have developed don't connect to the brain and spinal cord until 20-26 weeks.. 92% of abortions happen before 13 weeks. "It's about states rights" is the argument used to say "we don't support women's health care". Some states are already working on banning teaching medical care professionals how to preform surgical abortions, as if miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies don't happen. D&Cs are not only used to remove fetal tissue, but cysts and tumors. Access to life saving health care should be protected.

Whats the point then? Men's rights are an issue that more people need to advocate for, but there are different subs for different issues. Also, I like how this person's ignorant post is talking about men's parental rights while women will die from the over turn of Roe (lmao). I'd rather pay for 18 years than have my body permanently changed or disfigured (and deal with possible death). Edit: Advocating for issues you believe in is tough. Very very few people are using a painful $300-$1000 procedure as birth control, it very much is a last resort. Maybe more men should start protesting and calling/sending letters to their representatives like women do. Edit: Its funny how you meantion MGTOW and them not posting about men's rights. Not a feminist. 2. Women in Ireland and Poland have died where there were "life of mother" exceptions. Some state governments (Missouri) originally wrote in a bill that ectopic pregnancies won't be able to be aborted. Louisiana removed a line that specified that "implantation" was required, so now anything that prevents a fertilized egg implanting is fair game (i.e. birth control). I take birth control for endometriosis which could spread to other organs. 3. Ya'll are just shooting yourselves in…

Yeah, they're losing their minds over the fact that ectopic pregnancies and failed miscarriages will threaten the life of the mother and will now actually cause the death of women. No one is going to be "forced to parent against their will" because adoption exists, we're worried about dying. Maybe instead of taking away women's healthcare you guys should rally to be able to sign away rights when the woman is pregnant (and she has a chance to abort). Considering I wouldn't get the arm implant, I've had negative reactions to the combination pill, waiting to see if I have reactions to just the progesterone pill, and my doctor recommended me an IUD (which will likely be targeted in many states), there aren't enough in my opinion, especially when the pro"life" group argues that the majority of them can prevent a fertilized egg from implanting. The irony is that I live somewhere very liberal.. Today women can sleep with more people if they so choose but they will still be shamed for it by a large group of people (take some men on this sub). These are phrases you only really hear if you're female/look like a woman. I have been told I look very "conservative" (whatever that means) so maybe I'm more likely to be approached by overly religious individuals who think women are only put on this earth to serve men.

I agree to some extent, but a guy doesn't have to have sex to have the viewpoint that women don't need to orgasm. (These type of men I've talked to irl have slept with at least one person but still complain about not having sex/options as well as saying women don't need to finish.) "Men not having access to sex" isn't the same group as "men who've never had sex", but they do overlap.

Women are told to "please their husbands/partners" but when women want to feel pleasure suddenly its "men were made to ejaculate to make kids and it doesn't matter if a women finishes". Everyone should help their partners in bed, but we don't live in a perfect world and many men aren't going to please their wives. Its no wonder women aren't bothering with relationships anymore.

Also, women who have full time high paying jobs aren't likely going to play "house" and be a stay at home mom cooking dinner for her husband who's off working all day. Mansplaining: "the explanation of something by a man, typically to a woman, in a manner regarded as condescending or patronizing." If both a man and a woman were to "ditch" their partners until it was "convenient" then they're both assholes. But the issue is that women are more likely to hang onto relationships in good faith hoping it will work out only to be extremely angry and disappointed after giving a person multiple chances to fix themselves. Then its easy to move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/22 08:25 PM

I disagree, they leave when its a lost cause, not when its convenient. I've given people 4-5 chances to fix things and only then do I leave, but thats because I like to assume the best in people and hope they can fix simple issues. Either way the break up would be hard for the person who isn't expecting it, whether it is right away for 6 months down the line.

I think it depends which group you're a part of because people are more likely to notice bullying directed at them/their group. Virgin men will notice their group being bullied more while women who have sex will notice slut shaming more.

I don't think its about being a "victim". I have dated women and men and most of the time when I ask something small of my partner the women would change meanwhile the men would change for a couple of days to a few weeks and then go back to how they were acting before. Then when you leave its "but I did change!!!!" even though they didn't.

No one has to do anything specific. I started liking my partner when they realized how awkward I was and made sure I was okay during social gatherings. It doesn't have to be a romantic or sexual action that sparks any feelings.

Damn, guess I can't have female friends either because I like guys and girls. Have you never had friends of the opposite sex? Cause one of my closest friends is a guy and we were in both 3 year relationships when we met. He's dating someone else, but I'm still with my partner.

The numbers might say that women break off relationships more because men put less effort into understanding their partners. "Women are much more aware of the emotional health of their marriages than men. ... Lack of communication, lack of empathy, lack of feeling supported by your spouse, and lack of emotional growth generally distress women more than men, making women more likely to file for divorce than men." https://www.divorcemag.com/blog/6-reasons-why-women-are-more-likely-to-file-for-divo…

You're making the assumption that women are responsible and not men expecting their wives to look after the children, get jobs, cook, clean, etc. Anyone would snap if they had to do this work alone. We can't assume just the husbands or just the wives were the sole reasons for divorces.

In my opinion, the only times where turning a platonic relationship into a romantic relationship (where one party wasn't on board) has only ended horribly when the person making the advances wouldn't back off after a while. I've been friends with people who tried to ask me out. I wasn't interested, but wasn't offended either. The issue is when they keep trying to convince me to date them. If a relationship between two people turns romantic on its own then I see no problem. I'm still dating my be…

Because we grew together more over time. I feel like people who expect romantic/sexual attention are going to be disappointed (and it probably explains why there are so many nice guys). You don't have to start off asking someone on a date right away, just hang out and see if you two fit first.

It all depends on individual people and what they find hot. A lot of people here are saying they think large noses and curly hair is unattractive, yet a significant number of women find Daniel Ricciardo hot. The man is 5'11" too, so not 6'.

(2) Monogamy is being in a committed relationship with one person at a time which is irrelevant when talking about having sex. (3) Yes? That's why long term relationships without marriages exist. (4a) She wasn't "used" because she isn't an old cloth or a piece of gum. Are you saying that keeping your "virginity" is a job? Virginity doesn't matter to everyone. Getting officially married is just signing paper work. Except that hymens can "rip" from gymnastics, horseback riding, even basic exercise, or just never develop in the first place. Take it from a person in a happy relationship: women are allowed to voice their opinions and whether she has a hymen means squat.

This isn't an advice sub, but if you're going to date a man be upfront with your intentions. My partner's sibling dated a queer person and it turned out they weren't really interested in a relationship, they just wanted to see if they were attracted to the opposite sex.

I have zero problem with talking to your partner about what sex acts you two like to do in bed. That's called a healthy relationship. My issue comes with women being expected to "sacrific more than one hole" for their partner or else their partners "cannot take their love seriously", as OP put it. Women are pressured into oral or anal when they don't want to do it under the guise of 'but if you love me you'll let me do it!!!1!1' but when butt stuff is brought up for men suddenly its not the same…

The beliefs that men are better at "perception and coordination" and motivating their kids while women have better "social skills for memory and multitasking" and are nurturing is what bothers me. It just creates more stupid rules for people to use to alienate others. Ever since I was a kid I didn't think I was my assigned gender. I wasn't exposed to any LGBTQ+ ideas nor was I sexaully abused. Whenever people would talk about gender x I'd go "Yup, doesn't have to do me". It took me years till nonbinary was a label I found. Even if gender dysphoria is a result of sexual assault/trauma, as long as they were evaluated by a professional then I see no issue. This is a coping mechanism that isn't hurting anyone else.

If someone is rude to me then I can lose all attraction for them even if they're the hottest person I've met. The behavior of humans and what partners they choose cannot be summed up in black and white cases like whether a guy has "good genes". With science we're also helping people have kids who would otherwise not be able to reproduce and we're technically selecting for bad genes when we give people glasses who need them.

They're both bad questions in my opinion, but the weight one is slightly worse for the sole reason that many guys are ignorant and don't know what an average weight is for women. (I've had men think that 115 lbs is heavy for a 5'2"-5'6" woman.)

I think that whole bit about women lacking impulse control is a myth. Both men and women can be extremely emotional, but we don't tend to notice it for our own sex because those behaviors aren't directed at us. I already know these facts and they're all great reasons why circumcision should be banned outside of it being a violation of basic body autonomy. My issue is when people say FGM is equal to MGM (male genital mutilation). Most of the time when the foreskin is removed a man can still orgasm while if the clitoris is removed then there's almost no chance of an orgasm, so I consider FGM worse than MGM even though both should be banned. Both have different risks which, again, is why women shouldn't be judged the way they are. They have taken more into consideration when making their decision compared to men who just have to get their d*cks wet.

Women have more risks which is why they shouldn't be harassed if they decide to have sex. They know the risks of pregnancy and STDs that can be passed onto children during birth while men don't share that burden. A woman wanting to be promiscuous carries more weight and she shouldn't be judged for it if she makes the decision knowing the possible outcomes.

I don't think its hypocritical. When FGM was banned it was because women were getting their labias sewed together and their clits removed. Removing the clit is the equivalent to removing the whole penis, so they cannot be compared. Even now what FGM is banned in a lot of places it doesn't mean it doesn't happen. There are women whose labia have to be sewn up every time men have sex with them or after she gives birth. They aren't the same as removing a small piece of skin when a boy is young. How…

The thing about male dominated harems is that females stay with one harem until it is taken over by another "alpha". If we're going to assume humans have harems (which I don't think they do), then I propose a new idea: women are the alphas and have dedicated followings of specific men. In male dominated harems seen in animals, the males often drive off undesirable females from the group like how women are supposedly doing to select men. What do you mean by "politically correct answers"? OP is asking what women want in a relationship, not what women want from a one night stand. You don't have to tolerate a person for decades if you're only planning on sleeping with them once. That's the reason why people someone has sex with might not align with what they're looking for in a relationship. Good/normal women are not put off by a man showing "weakness". Having emotions isn't called being weak, its called being a human being. Everyone has their ups and downs and support is sometimes needed. (There is a difference between showing emotions and trauma dumping/being an emotional burden.) If a girl won't take care of you when you're down or makes you hide your feelings then that's not someone you want to be around in the long terms as there's no guarantee they'd support you.

What did you define "high quality women" as? Because models are more likely to follow other models. A model isn't going to follow an average Joe who gave her a follow. You didn't mention how often a profile was viewed either which would better show if these men were being rejected or not, maybe the profiles didn't get enough attention. You're also ignoring how on tinder most women are on there for hook ups, not to date and find someone of quality character. If you gave the "beta" a description t…

This is honestly kind of funny given the fact that a lot of men won't date women taller than them, and if they do, they police their wardrobe (not being allowed to wear high heels to appear taller than she already is).

Vegans and child free people have every right to be a little angry because people constantly badger them about eating meat or having kids. There's no such thing as just being able to say you don't want kids because everyone around you will immediately dismiss you saying you haven't met the right person or you'll change your mind one day. Its even worse for people who want to get surgically sterilized but doctors decline the procedure because they aren't 35+, don't have at least 2 kids, and aren'…

The majority of girls are not believed when they tell an adult they were hit. The only times there are any repercussions is if a responsible adult saw what happened, but most of the time this behavior is dismissed. Boys shouldn't be allowed to hit girls nor should the reverse be allowed either.

Women are told from a very very young age that they must have children and that they "expire" and "hit the wall" around 30 (even though menopause is around 51). Men can do whatever they'd like because sperm apparently doesn't have a shelf life and these men are called "silver foxes". Men also aren't expected to do "70% of the work" in a relationship. The majority of women still hold the mental loads in relationships as they do most of the chores, are expected to care for their children, and need…

(1) I have yet to see even a handful of women advocate for "pumping and dumping" men in the same way MGTOW did and if women do this they're likely "venting" for being taken advantage of. (2) The fact that posts talking about rape in MGTOW and MGTOW2 weren't removed and got significant amounts of upvotes disproves your idea. Even if its a minority that endorsed this kind of behavior (it wasn't) then why did they get hundreds of votes? Why weren't these posts removed? (3) Again, women do not care …

Yikes, a lot of women do not do that. The few women that do also don't "inflict themselves on some beta". The (supposed) beta men in this case aren't victims. They're adults who can weigh pros and cons and decide to stay with a person who is infact a leech (not that many of these women exist).

So you're going to just ignore how women are dumped when they're infertile? They aren't loved unconditionally, they're loved for their ability to spread a man's genes. "Learn how to argue."

Both me and my partner (opposite sex) are romantics and this is the same for the large majority of couples I've known. Healthy relationships strive off of mutual care and love. Also, women are dumped if men find out they're infertile. In some parts of the world infertile women aren't allowed to be buried in the same cemeteries as 'normal' people. This shows that women must also "provide something". They aren't loved unconditionally.

Its not a feminist narrative and I'm not a feminist. Most women don't even know the difference between a vagina and a vulva because of this male view until they go to a gynecologist. Aren't you be considered that medical textbooks, which did not label things correctly, are being used to train doctors? I'm also well aware that you're a troll, I'm just putting these out there for anyone who hasn't realized that a predominantly female view does not exist in society yet.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/22 04:15 PM

The vulva is still called the vagina (even though it is a different organ), the clit wasn't talked about in college anatomy books until recently, and birthcontrol pills still have this stigma around them where if you need to take them the only reason for that is because you're a slut. These were all views created and spread by men because they didn't bother learning about women's bodies and don't care to correct themselves now. The male view is still dominant. Want more examples?

The only way to be in a car crash is to be around cars, but you don't see people calling for a ban on all vehicles. A person can do everything right (birth control pills, condoms, plan B, cycle tracking) and still get pregnant. That doesn't mean someone should be forced to keep it when there are such high risks. Edit: Love that sneaky edit you made there. Here's a fun fact: all pregnancies carry some risk of death.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/21 06:48 PM

The majority of people have sex for pleasure and not to have children which makes that point invalid. If someone is a decent husband then they'd better help their wives in bed. Either way, that wasn't my argument. If fulfilling sex isn't a need for women then if shouldn't be considered a need for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/21 06:42 PM

An unwanted pregnancy cannot be compared to getting your dick wet as some pregnancy symptoms include gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, increased obesity and weight gain, increased UTIs and other infections, nausea, sleeplessness, etc. Pregnant women also have to restrict the food and drinks they have as well as having to go off of certain medications. Not to mention that not having sex won't kill you while giving birth can.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/21 06:39 PM

Why? I know women who haven't orgasmed in 3-5 years with their partners and they're expected to stay with their husbands but somehow men are justified leaving their wives/girlfriends if they can't finish? Its hypocritical when sex is a need for one sex but isn't considered a need for the other.

Considering lots of men ignore the clit and don't bother to try and give their female partners a proper orgasm yet women are expected to stay with these men (because leaving them would be considered "shallow") then I can say yes, sex is not a "need".

Abortion still isn't a privilege, its healthcare. Men should be able to sign away their rights before the abortion period hasn't passed so women can make a choice whether to keep it or not, but abortion itself is healthcare. Because unless you get a rape test and spend time and money hiring a lawyer nothing is going to come of it. People don't have the time or resources to do this. The second part is almost true, if a woman is sexuallt attracted to you then she'll want to explore with you more. However, if she tried something like anal with a previous partner and didn't like it she doesn't need to "explore" anal further with the new guy. Its not going to make her magically into anal.

The previous partner they might have tried things out with could've been a 9/10 and the current guy could be a 12/10, that doesn't mean a person suddenly enjoys a certain sexual act. If they didn't like it with their first partner (but tried something with them for whatever reason) then they won't like it with their second partner even if the guy is sexier.

(I am also European and bilingual.. and why are people on this reddit page so obsessed with violence and threatening others? I've been told to get punched by men with a closed fist and now stoned? Nice.) I also don't think its accurate to bring up some middle eastern countries and China because free speech doesn't…

Mean while the majority of people in my area share this view. I don't think its radical to have two different words for it because by defining something as a "gender" issue or as a "sex" issue were better able to handle it. What's wrong with more specific words? (By saying "virtually every culture" you're also mostly talking about cultures influenced by Europeans, i.e. the ones you've likely grown up in.) Edit: If virtually no one shares this view then why are these definitions being included in…

Words change over time. The would "awful" used to mean "awesome", "meat" once stood for "all solid foods" and "trigger" would mean to cause a a reaction, not something that negatively effects your mental state. Words are great, but they can change to mean something completely different. Could it be argued that we are no longer speaking English because we're using many different words than what Shakespeare used?

Gender is more synonymous with gender roles as they're both created/assigned within a culture. Sex is based on biology. A large number of people say gender is defined as "the fact or condition of belonging to or identifying with a particular gender" and sex is "either of the two main categories (male and female) into which humans and most other living things are divided on the basis of their reproductive functions". Words change to better reflect our world/world view.

I don't want to be rude, but that bit about kids choosing certain toys in your other comment is bull. Me and my opposite sex partner would both go for Legos and dinosaur toys. It just so happens that when girls are told to pick pink toys and boys are told to get blue toys then they do just that. When they're free to choose whatever then that's what they do. What are the behavioral differences for men and women then? That women are more nurturing? Cause I've known many stay at home dads that prefer to be with their kids compared to their provider wives. Except gender =/= biological sex. Just because some animals have gender roles like meerkats and hyenas, there are animals that don't have gender roles such as whales and penguins. Hell, male and female penguins both switch on and off between which one of them goes hunting for their chick. Gender roles/customs determined by a society are fluid. Not long ago blue was a feminine color and pick was masculine. There are also cultures (like those belonging to some Native Americans) that have a third g…

You do know a good chunk of women wear makeup not for it to be sexy but for them to not stand out, right? Men and women both make fun of minor imperfections people have and because of this "natural" make up is the most popular. Women wear foundation so they don't look pale, they wear mascara if their eyelashes aren't as dense, and use lipstick to create thicker lips so they aren't made fun of for looking more manly. There were even studies which "found that women who don a “professional” amount …

....What? (1) Of course its difficult living in poverty, it shouldn't be happening to anyone. I was saying that that terrible scenario cannot be compared to being without a partner because you aren't entitled to a person's attention. (2) I don't steal people's money and in a perfect world lost money would be returned. Edit: I'm not phrasing things oddly, but clearly no one has demanded something as personal as sex from you so I wouldn't expect you to understand. Also asexual =/= aromantic.

I never said isolation and lack of physical intimacy don't increase depression, it can, I'm saying you can't demand a stranger/(person who isn't blood related) for intimacy. Being greedy is to have "intense and selfish desire for something, especially wealth, power, or food". Having a whole city to yourself is greedy because you could be happy in a single home. Realisitcally you can't enjoy an entire empty city. Wanting to be happy isn't greedy because if you aren't it would affect your mental health. Happiness isn't selfish. ...No study is saying women want 1% of men, but also, I would be selective with online dating too. No one wants to meet up with a crazy person…

I have known both male and female pairs who live together and do not want to be involved with romantic relationships. Again, those scenarios are not comparable. Providing sex when someone doesn't want to can be traumatic and demanding love can easily drain someone. At what point is one person's happiness and well being worth more than another person's?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/21 11:52 PM

They are not entitled for wanting love, they're entitled for demanding it from someone (who isn't a relative) who does not want to provide it. You do not owe a stranger or acquaintance any romantic feelings.

You don't immediately know what a person is like until you spend more time with them. Its not uncommon to go on a date or two before finding out how assh0le-ish someone is. This woman might know soft guys exist but would not know of a specific guy she wants and would try to date the "alpha" to see what he's like. Also, you'd be surprised how many women don't use tinder (because they think the men they want aren't on it).

There are women who use men, but the 3 date rule exists for some women because they want to make sure a guy actually wants to be with them and not just use them for sex. A lot of them didn't have these rules in the past and seemed to sleep with anyone before they realized that guys will take you out on one date, have sex with you, and ghost you the next day. I wouldn't mind dating a girl who's been with a lot of guys as long as she gets an STD test before s3x (I'd get one with her and we can make a day of it). It probably means she's good in bed too. I'm more iffy on the fact that she still seems attracted to her best friend and openly admits it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 01:47 PM

There are women answering this question openly saying they love their shy boyfriends/husbands. A guy doesn't need to be an "alpha" or have alpha qualities to end up in a relationship, they just need to find the right partner like everyone does.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 01:38 PM
-2

Guys who label themselves as "nice guys" usually set off alarm bells because they're the types to demand sex after every good deed they do and throw a fit if they don't get it. I've gotten very assertive when paying for food because a guy might insist on paying for my part of the meal and use that as leverage to worm his way into bed. Genuinely nice men who look okay, have a good sense of humor, bother to shower, and don't always badger you for sex will find someone eventually.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 01:30 PM
4

The men who enjoy putting women in their place and openly admit that will absolutely carry that belief not only in the bedroom. The people in my social circles get turned off from men who are aggressive in bed and so do I. Surprisingly different people with different tastes exist but men here act as if all women like one type of guy and thats it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 01:17 PM
3

You're acting like women are choosing from a group of men lined up infront of them when actually they might meet the "alpha" first before they even know a specific "beta" exists, spend a night with them, and then realize he's even more of an assh0le than they thought. There's no choice if they only meet one guy at a time. I can't speak for everyone, but a good chunk of women would choose the massage boy over the guy who's insecure and constantly trying to prove he's a manly man.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 01:11 PM

How is this the "only red pill" we need? When we go as far back in time past written records to explain why there were at least 2 women reproducing for every man it wasn't because women were sleeping around. R*pe and taking women by force was more common and it was also more likely that men in power were given more women. Women were also treated like property and essentially had to be bought in some cultures, if you had more power you could buy more women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 06:59 AM

This. Guys ask such broad questions on how to attract women without saying what kind of woman they want other than someone who's "hot". It's hard to give good specific advice to use on a certain group when they ask a general question that won't work on all women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 06:43 AM
2

The guys that ask for relationship advice usually give very broad scenarios and expect specific answers. These guys are also looking for advice that'll let them be with a woman longer. Being with a "hot" assh0le doesn't work long term (and if any guy tried to put me in my "place" I'd slap him across the face).
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 06:29 AM
5

Can we stop with this alpha and beta nonsense? Fewer women will choose someone who is considered to be an "alpha" when they can have a nice guy who gives them massages and gentle kisses. The "make me fight for your attention" and "pin me up against a wall and give it to me rough" routine gets old so fast. These beliefs are just an excuse for certain guys to try and explain why they can't get women.

My mother is a SAHM and doesn't care for feminism. Both of my parents also lead the household together (and still openly flirt before anyone says they aren't in love). I'm also going to be keeping my last name too because it might be the last thing that connects me to my culture.

It's the woman who has to carry it for 9 months, change their diet, deal with nausea, chest and back pains, unwanted c-sections, possible destational diabetes or death, not to mention other health issues and struggles. They have to push a 6-9+ pound baby out of them and get stitches afterwards, plus a 2-4+ day hospital stay. The man doesn't have to deal with these life changing risks, so the woman gets more of a say. (But to answer the post, yes sexism is bad. Doesn't matter the direction.)

I don't think I can rate my happiness as I've not moved in with my partner yet, but a good reason why lots of women aren't happy is because of the extra mental workload they have to deal with on top of their already stressful jobs. Absolutely not, but there is a (mostly true) running joke that men don't even know where the clit is and don't bother focusing on their partners much (which is why orgasms are likely less in women). Lots of men also don't usually keep going after finishing themselves and I've also heard some say "women don't need to finish to get pregnant" as an excuse to be half-assed in bed. There's really no point having s3x if your partner isn't going to put much effort into making you feel good as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/21 02:42 PM

I'll say it again, I'm not getting my posts removed for indecent language because you never know what other people consider as indecent. With that being said... I just don't think that these desires can be compared because it wouldn't be an equal trade, and that's not considering STD risks if the guy lies, the chance of getting pregnant, or someone releasing your nudes. Men and women also shouldn't be expecting s3x for paying for a meal.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/21 01:59 PM

The meal is a gift. Men and women shouldn't be expecting s3x for paying for another person's meal. Also, "One study of college students found 91 percent of men and 39 percent of women always or usually orgasm during sexual encounters". So no, women don't usually "get pleasure" for showing off their bodies. https://www.thedailybeast.com/women-dont-orgasm-as-much-as-men-thats-a-problem#:~:text=Women%20were%20found%20to%20orgasm,percent%20as%20often%20in%20relationships.

I think paying an extra $20-$30 is a bit different than undressing, showing every part of your body, and having s3x with someone. I also believe its safer that both parties pay for their own meals (so certain scumbags can't use it as a way to manipulate someone), or the person who asked their crush out should be the one paying.

Body language is important too, but if you're rubbing cheeks then its a given you don't need to ask. Its something else when a guy wants to kiss you and you haven't even held hands much.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/21 11:58 PM

I would prefer it if someone I haven't kissed before asked first because that's what I find more attractive and respectful. I still start blushing when my partner of soon to be 5 years jokingly asks if he can kiss me 'cause thats hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/21 11:55 PM

I can back them up, its hotter if a guy asks to kiss you instead of going for it. It gives the impression that the guy was actually thinking about it and was kind enough to ask/be respectful, he isn't kissing you out of impulse or whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/21 08:27 PM
6

It would be an okay strategy if ALL parties knew what was going on. If I found out a guy/girl I was into was having s3x with other people on the side while we were having dates (before becoming official) I would've felt like I've wasted my time and would leave.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/21 07:41 PM

I agree that we need to teach young men more discipline and self worth. Its the reason why red pill/MGTOW communities exist, because men feel as if society has screwed them over and that they're worthless. However, these groups then go about blaming women and act hostile towards them which is never okay. There have to be healthier ways to increase self worth so men feel better about themselves and are more comfortable in their bodies.

No, abortion isn't used for women to have limitless condomless sex. Abortions can cost anywhere from $400-$900+ and can range from just uncomfortable to downright painful. If you want sex without physical protection like a condom then there's birth control pills and plan B (which is around $50 per single pill). I'm genuinely asking, is this a serious question/discussion? Abortion isn't something to poke fun at.

I think that bit about how females would leave their offspring most of the time is wrong. It depends largely on the species and the time and effort it takes to reproduce, not that women are always putting themselves first. These are similar to how "women can't drive" and they should "be pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen". Why do people, women and men, think jokes like these towards opposite sexes are funny?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/21 06:22 PM

I think people notice the opposite group more than their own groups and also get treated differently because of it. For example, as a man you likely wouldn't see the negative sides of delusional guys who hit on women out of their league (and call them b!tches when they're turned down) because you aren't their target/won't have to deal with their harassment. This goes for Delusional women too.

How is she a "second hand" woman? When I was talking about someone being a person's second choice I meant that if the guy is unsatisfied he shouldn't be running back to his partner because he couldn't get better. The woman in this case may have slept with other people in the past, but she chose this guy and isn't being unfaithful as far as we know, she considers him her number one and isn't attempting to sleep with anyone whole they're together, unlike this guy.

And I don't disagree with that because its still experience, but then there are the types who get too confident thinking they know everything when not all women are the same. Its still not smooth sailing like how the guy thinks it will go.

I did some reading on it and in the book she broke up with her husband because of unsuccessful attempts at getting pregnant and in the movie she left because she wasn't in love with him anymore.. not much you can do if you fall out of love. Edit: There's a difference between falling out of love and leaving vs leaving because "mah wife's titties got saggy ;( "... which seems to be why lots of men leave. For sickness and in health, except when there are young hot babes around.

The only people I have talked to do it for safety. Another thing I have heard/read is when a guy asks for a break he expects his partner not to sleep with anyone while the same doesn't apply for him. I don't really have a problem with a mutual break where both people can sleep with whoever they want. [I can go browse through a couple relationship subreddits and find some examples of guys complaining their partners "cheated" while they were on a break, I've seen it happen before. I don't see this…

It funny how the movie is "lauded by mainstream society" yet no one knows what this movie is about and no one is talking about it. Its probably a collection of failed social media posts and famous people talking about it hoping to get this movie trending. If you break up with your long term partner because you're bored and don't attempt to talk it out you're an assh0le, woman or man.

It's "by large" women because it's the safer option to pick. Ever heard of the "we can still be friends" line when a girl rejects a guy? Its the same thought process. Better safe than sorry and not have a guy tell everyone you're a b!tch or worse. Meanwhile I've had an "ex" (don't know what to call it, we dated for 3 days) who still comes back to me 6 years later despite blocking his phone number and new social media accounts he makes. I'm probably not the only one that has dealt with this.

Probably, because if you speak up and say you don't want to be someone's second choice or if you want to leave because a guy is an assh0le then you're called a selfish b!tch. "Taking a break" and mutually drifting apart makes no one the bad guy. Edit: You also don't have to worry as much about the guy spreading rumors or possibly posting revenge p0rn if its mutual. Better safe than sorry.

"People are making very unfounded assumptions about this guy's ability to get any action"... The guy admitted to everyone himself that he was getting rejected which led to him not trying anymore. It has nothing to do with a "Women are Wonderful Effect", if a guy or girl sucked at picking up partners before a committed relationship then they're going to continue to suck once they leave that relationship, especially when they put no effort into it. Also, a lot of the time women are expected to tak…

You'd be selecting for a specific type of woman because I feel that women who don't prefer those types of men wouldn't have children with them but would just settle eventually. (Hypergamy is also a joke.)

That might have been true in the past, but the majority of women have jobs and can provide for themselves. They don't need men to be the sole providers and it could be argued that men hit "physical degradation" faster.

"The wall" is just a myth created by certain angry men who get annoyed because not only do younger women not want them, but older women don't want them either. Its a shame tactic. Older women can date men their age if they'd like, but if younger men are into MILFs then there's no harm (as long as they are into older women by their own accord, not pressured, and aren't young enough to manipulate). Its also funny how men get beer bellies and start balding sooner, but that doesn't matter because "m…

I never said I don't agree with his argument, I said that he misread what I wrote and made an argument based off of that. I was the one who was talking about having sex 24/7. If a person asks to have sex with their partner and they say no then that's a no. If they continue pressuring them until the other person caves then they're the asshole. Using the word "inconvenient" is a really funny way to say "giving birth is extremely painful and can cause death or permanently disfigure your body". Edit: I have been dealing with medical issues that have left me nauseous for soon to be two months now and I cannot tell you how much it sucks waking up drained and not being able to eat much food. Pregnant women who have to deal with morning sickness are really something else.

I love how the man is completely void of all fault in this scenario if his lover gets pregnant. Man, women really are evil for choosing to abort or keep a pregnancy (and making the dad pay alimony). Women don't have a problem with other women themselves being prolife, but the whole point of the prolife movement in general is to take away abortion rights from women who need it. Prochoice means you do you while prolife means no one can get an abortion. I myself cannot support prolifers given the fact that women have died because they haven't been able to seek an abortion for their (very much wanted) fetuses which were sick.

Why does a large majority of people shame age gap relationships? Because a 35+ man or woman shouldn't be trying to get with a 20 year old. I'm not overcomplicating anything. If you go onto different relationship reddit pages you'll see lots of frustrated women complaining about regularly asking their boyfriends when they're going to get married and have kids. They aren't strangers to the "what are we" talk, but surprisingly many men string their girlfriends along for whatever reason. It doesn't help when there are other reddit pages advocating for men to make their girlfriends always "audition for the role of the wife" but never gi…

This woman cannot make an informed decision if she doesn't have all the facts. It would be like going to look at a car and only finding out what is wrong with it once you've committed and already bought it. She can't make the decision if her partner is lying and deceiving her.

I agree, especially that line about how no man should have to go through a "dry d!ck drought" because he isn't being honest. Some women want to get married and start having kids asap, so a guy stringing her along and promising marriage is an assh0le.

I feel like you're talking about multiple things here and acting like they're all one form of love. First there's lust which is a very strong sexual desire for a person, and then there's the honeymoon phase where a person feels very carefree, lovey-dovey, your partner turns your world upside down and you can only think about them all the time. Lastly there's a deep form of love that you feel after a longer period of time where you've accepted a person's flaws, you share almost everything with th…

Its not "one" thing. If your partner won't open up about their feelings then how can you trust them with other things? And I'm not saying a person should share all their secrets with me, but communication is key. I need to know what is bothering my partner so I can work with them to fix it. Its one of the only major deal breakers I have. Emotions are important to me. Edit: And I don't really care about height, weight, or what job someone has.

You hear about women leaving their husbands when they cry because that's an extreme. If a couple has a healthy relationship then people aren't going to be talking about it. Whenever my partner is upset, I rub his back and try to be there for him the best I can. Its also important to ask whether they want solutions to their problems or do they just want someone to listen.

I agree with this, if you go on predominantly female reddit pages (ignoring troll pages), lots of women say 5 to 6 inches is good while sizes much larger are painful. I don't think getting slammed in the cervix is something many women enjoy. Also, penis sizes aren't accurate a lot of the time because many guys inflate their sizes or don't measure them properly (you have to press the ruler where it would aline with the pelvic bones). They care more about sizes than women, and so many manipulative…

The types of people who usually cheat don't immediately say "I have a boyfriend/girlfriend" because it would ruin their chances. They wait until after a couple of dates so their side piece has doubts about whether or not they should stay. They don't immediately leave. "Nothing ventured nothing gained" is a very gross thing to say when people who are faithful keep getting hit on after they say they aren't interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/21 07:07 PM

The "I have a boyfriend" approach also isn't working well as it used to, some creepy guys still take that as an invitation to try and convince a girl that they would be better for them. I'm not planning to get married (or have kids), I'm talking about if marriage has already happened and divorce is soon to follow.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/21 02:58 PM

My point is that divorce is going to happen anyway if married people become significantly sexually incompatible. If a guy cheats its more likely his ex wife will try and get primary custody and make him pay more money. Divorce is likely already in the near future, so its best to end on a good note. I don't want to get married or have kids, but if I did and my husband/wife cheated on me then I would absolutely take the kids and milk them dry. I have zero sympathy for cheaters.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/21 02:56 PM

I just say I keep hissing cockroaches, that usually has them running. If you say you aren't interested you get hit with a "you don't know me well yet"/"I can be better"... It's the same if you say you have a long term boyfriend.

Its not incentivising men to cheat because they can act like adults and use their words to figure out how to fix a dead bedroom or get a divorce right away. If sex is that important then its best to get divorced from the start than to cheat and break any trust your ex had in you.. (that'll definitely create a healthy co parenting relationship. /s) But similarly, it could be argued that men incentivize women to not have sex when men dump most of the child care and household duties on them. There's nothing pedantic about it. Research digs into the smallest of details and either trys to prove or disprove the annoying little issues that pop up, its the reason why research reports can be 20+ pages long. The research isn't there, only hypotheses that remain unproven. 5% to 50% is a very very large range, imagine if scientists said the new vaccines were 5% infective compared to 50% ineffective. Also, a theory is an idea already strongly supported by data (like the theory of gravity), while a hypothesis has little to no research done. This would be a hypothesis.

I read the post and it was ignoring a lot of factors, birth control pills might not work when you're stressed, r*pists aren't concerned with putting on condoms (and if they are, the friction from not being wet can cause them to tear), and IUDs can get dislodged. Its almost like if you're in a health and consenting relationship you listen to your partner and bother to also wear protection as well.

No, sexual assault doesn't lead to more orgasms than regular sex with a partner. Gender is man made and based on culture, sex is based on biology. (There are Native American cultures that have 3 genders and its cool, I'd look into it.) But guess what? If someone needs to be happy through sex then they should've started dating a person who has a similar libido. A person might have a low libido, but what if their partner isn't present when they want to have sex? Does that mean they can't seek out what they "need to be happy" but their partner can? Pressuring someone into sex when they don't want to do it is rape. Not stopping while they're pushing your hand away is rape. Continuing to touch someone and use their bodies after they start crying and are very clearly uncomfortable is rape. Women are taught not to say "no" or a guy will get more violent. Its not a "game". Sex needs an enthusiastic "yes" to even start.

That's because breasts are erogenous zones, "parts of the body that excite sexual feelings when touched". Leaving a kid at an orphanage technically counts as child abandonment which is very much illegal (and safe haven laws only apply three days after birth). This is a very rare case and most women wouldn't go through the pain of childbirth if the father didn't want to be present, so if she gets 20 weeks to decide to keep it he should get around the same time too (slightly less so she has time to abort).

Saying a father should be able to sign away his rights at any time is not equal because a woman can't just decide to abort after a certain period. Many women would only bring a child into this world if they have a partner to help care for the baby. Edit: I don't think you understand that I'm trying to say many women would just want to avoid giving birth in general. Edit 2: I am not a woman and I don't get what's so complicated. I'm agreeing that men should be able to have a way to opt-out of par…

And if you don't immediately say you have a boyfriend they get huffy and say you're "leading them on". (Then there are the guys who say they could be better for you than your current partner, etc.)

So would you like to propose actual equality or do you just want to be petty to get back at women? (Edit: I also don't think its something that can be compared. I'd much rather pay thousands in child support than go through the pain of childbirth. Men should still get a chance to decline childcare duties if they want to.) Edit 2: The parental rights of a "potential father" can only be terminated if all potential fathers fail to respond to the adoption agency contacting him when the mother attemp…

I don't think that's fair because it opens the door for the father to essentially trick the mother into carrying a child. Also, it takes two parents to surrender the rights to a child once it is already born.

Agreed, it should be an opt-in system instead of an opt-out system to avoid confusion. (It could also be more romantic for the couple as it reaffirms that the father won't bail.) Things like this would be harder with the (unconstitutional) Texas abortion law, however.
/r/AntiFeminists21/09/21 08:37 PM

To make things equal, the paternal surrender law should be made so the man can only back out before the abortion period ends wherever they live. If the law said women can only abort before 20 weeks then he should get the paperwork done before 20 weeks. That way if things fall through in a relationship she still has time to abort while he won't be forced to pay child support.

"Lay waste"? It returns to normal after sex. Biology is very cool. If a girl says you "don't need to worry about" a guy and you don't trust her you shouldn't be dating her. Edit: Sorry, I don't talk to cheaters or people who condone cheating.

Yup, they don't care about actually changing the world's view on men. 1) In a divorce children are usually placed with the parent that is home the most often which is usually the woman, but there is a strong bias towards women as being the caretaker of the home which opens the door to children being placed with abusive parents. 2) Dads will get judged for taking their children to a park and people might think they're kidnapping kids because of this idea that it's not a man's role to take care of…

1) Nothing wrong with calling out bad women's anatomy considering people are still too ignorant to learn how bodies work and sex ed is garbage. 2) I gotta ask questions about PCOS and other issues people have similar to mine and how to cope with them because my doctor isn't quite sure of what I have. (Ultrasounds and CAT/CT scans haven't shown anything.) 3) Gotta enjoy a little entertainment. You post on AmITheAsshole too.

If more sex makes the vagina loose because it wears down then the penis gets smaller because it wears down too. Not that it matters because the vaginal canal is made up of muscles. Imagine if you worked out and instead of building muscle you became weaker. The average vaginal canal length is usually between 2-3 inches but can increase to 4-6 inches when aroused depending on the person. Being nervous or a "virgin" will prevent this from happening, hence the myth that sex makes women looser over t…

But you do know that women don't get stretched out from sex, correct? You're not "doing something right". That's like saying dicks get shorter from constant pounding. Edit: Increased births can lead to weakened vaginal muscles, but that can be fixed with exercises. If the women you've slept with are "too loose" then they're either very excited or you need to fix your death grip. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.deccanchronicle.com/amp/lifestyle/viral-and-trending/040216/meet-woman-who-can-lift-h…

Yes it is depending on what is written. If someone wanted people to comment on their tits they'd post to porn sites or only fans. You don't get to determine what is/isn't creepy for women. Edit: Thats a horrible analogy as dctors get to decide what being schizophrenic means based on their medical knowledge. If a group of people largely come out and say talking about their tits isn't a compliment then you should listen to them.

You are playing a very dangerous game depending on what state you live in. A lot of states consider rape to be “sexual penetration ... accomplished by fraud", which is what you ended up doing. You lied about who you were (your genetics) and so she couldn't properly consent.

Its intentional. A couple days ago I was having a discussion with a man and he said women "owe" it (yes he used that word) to their partners to give them children. I've also had a guy telling me I "owe" him a blowjob when he did a task for me I didn't ask nor want him to do. Its an overused word because shared experiences create an ecochamber, but its used for a reason.

Here's some insight for you: this is why women will get angry at "compliments" given by some men. They usually say something along the lines of "Its very form fitting ;)". You do understand how that is creepy, right?

Exactly!! Now let's go after shirtless men with ripped abs too while we're at it. Gosh forbid people feel comfortable and sexy in their bodies. Boobs exist and nipples are going to poke out of shirts because that's what happens (especially when it gets cold). Take it up with designers of women's clothing and ask them why female shirts are so thin compared to "male" shirts. I'm not a feminist but man does it make me angry when people complain about the slightest outline of a nipple. If you can't …

Its because women are told this a lot (at least I am by men double my age). "Smile! You look prettier that way!" is insulting, women don't go out in public solely to be eye candy to other people. Its also rude because it doesn't take into account how the other person is feeling. Who knows if they had a relative die, had to put a pet down, or simply had a rough day at work. An unwarranted comment is not a compliment. Edit: I just also want to say this is still a common problem and that many women…

So because the potential babies aren't "dismembered" it means they aren't worth the research to save their lives? So does that mean conception isn't when a new life begins because they aren't worth the time and money to save them? I see no difference between a fertilized egg that hasn't developed the ability to feel and a embryo that also cannot feel before 20 weeks. Even so anesthesia is used just in case. But if were talking about that, millions of animals are killed for human consumption and …

The 99% statistic is if birth control is used as directed but doctors have admitted that people don't always use it correctly (such as forgetting a pill, putting a condom backwards, gaining weight to where the pill is not effective, using a menstrual up that can dislodge IUDs etc). Is those cases the effectiveness can fall down to 80-90%. Also, you're more likely to have twins on the pill for this reason because when people forget to take it it can cause hyper ovulation where two eggs are releas…

I'm not a feminist, but I do have female reproductive organs and won't expect men to fully understand what it is like to deal with "female" issues. With that being said, if my partner decided to abort a child we wanted I wouldn't hold that against them because I understand the struggle and pressure (I'm bisexual). If there was a way to transplant a fetus and expect a man to carry it to term I don't think they would take it on. Its so easy to tell a woman to continue a pregnancy when they'll neve…

I track my period but sometimes its a week or two late because my doctors think I have 🌟PCOS🌟. (Yes I have gotten ultrasounds and CT scans, we're still working on a treatment plan.) According to this law, if I were to get pregnant I wouldn't have time to get an abortion because there are mandatory waiting laws in a lot places and there might not even be appointments open at clinics. What confuses me is if pro-life people really think life begins at conception then why do they not go after IVF clinics where multiple eggs are fertilized and not used compared to abortion where one fertilized egg is expelled. You don't hear pro-lifers protesting these places despite so many more potential children being killed per couple.

Buddy.. most work today (9 to 5 jobs) that women and MEN do involve repetitive tasks.. they make up 71% of the jobs available. Also, believe it or not, women also were allowed to be radar operators and anti-aircraft weapon crew, so not just very important "production workers".

During World War 2 over 6 million women joined the work force. History.com even says "In just the aircraft industry, women made up 65 percent of all employees. Dorothy McCann, who worked in an aircraft factory in Baltimore, told the Washington Post in 2014, 'It was something I never dreamed of doing, but after I learned how, I loved it.'" What makes you think women can't do hard labor or even have basic jobs?

That's what sub-par sex education tends to do. It also doesn't help that like OP these women likely have awful parents who don't teach their kids (some start menstruation at 10) how to dispose of sanitary products.

1) Sexual coercion is considered rape in some states while its considered sexual assault in others, whether you're 15 or an adult. A part of me is glad you don't understand this right now because it means you haven't had to deal with it yourself. 2) Again, I was talking about favors that happened in the past, not continuing future favors. Bringing someone somewhere the way he did is absolutely a sign of love. A relationship is a two way street. If he's living in the past thinking about the good old days not realizing the relationship has become toxic then he has to wake up. It would be the woman's fault too of course for being such an AH, but the guy isn't the victim if he keeps himself in that position as he continues to bring it on himself. There's absolutely a "ride or die love" if you find the right person, but I'd like to talk about you saying it comes down to "making her feel good in that moment".
