Literally had women do a complete 180° I mean once they know the person in front is gay, we're no longer a threat to them, so their reaction is understandable. One became obsessed with me and tried to stick around with me the entire night after that until I left. This is absolutely unacceptable however.

This is a very very skewed way of looking at things. For every tolerant person you meet, you have 5 intolerant ones around the corner (many of whom often won't let their bias show directly). I have a close online friend who is accepting of me as a gay man, and has said he would even attend my future gay wedding However he is a blatant homophobe, is against the idea of gay marriage and gay couples raising kids. He acknowledges he's a hypocrite and doesn't care if people call him that.

Logically though, I'm going to want someone can help with the inner workings of a woman's mind No one is arguing against this. This doesn't answer OPs question however because talking about sex is more than just offering advice on hookups or dating. He's pointing out the hypocrisy of straight men going in detail about their sexual adventures but being averse to gay men doing the same.

If anything, homosexuality (and not just gay rights) is a core issue of cultural perceptions of masculinity Gay men are men, but men’s rights is probably a perspective of issues that face men as a group, independent of any other factors I don't see how this doesn't make it not a part of men's rights if it still affects a subset of men. In other words it can be one of several classifications of categories of men's rights.

You can but I don't see why a straight guy would come to a gay guy for straight seduction advice. I'm a gay guy and have a bisexual friend who often comes to me about advice concerning his current relationship with his girlfriend.
