Before you answer, yes males have greater strength than females. Studies put females strength at between 52% and 66% of similar males (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/8477683/). So using these figures and assuming the offender could lift his own body weight (unlikely but let’s go with it), 3 officers regardless of gender should be able to subdue him. I believe racism does not require the belief that your race is superior, it is the inequitable treatment of an individual based primarily or solely on race. "the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races."
