That's nice friend, i've no idea what that sub is and i'm not interested, the only reason i'm here is to try and understand opposing viewpoints, sadly, most people don't tend to bother arguing back they just use some buzz word like safe space or triggered, or insist that i'm upset. All I really want is someone to explain some of the more retarded statements that come out of this sub.

Barehanded fights? no of course not, OP's interpretation is the most basic literal one available and sure that's the point of art, but fuck me for a supposed intellectual sub this is retarded. Let's not pretend that OP isn't speaking about the statue as if his viewpoint is the be all and end all. Fine, people might not be upset, but there's plenty of people to whom it matters so much they feel the need to spend their day talking about it when it has almost nothing to do with them.

Let's be honest this sub is ridiculously dumbing down the symbolism in a very male way. It's not meant to be a fight, why the fuck would anyone fight a bull? It's a symbol of bravery and strength in the face of adversity. It looks pretty poor on this sub how upset one little statue of a girl made you all and how poorly you all chose to interpret it.

Aight reply to the first message Okay I can see your points about it being flowery, my problem is I often see criticism of left leaning news sites and am unsure where to look for an alternative view, any recommendations? I would argue however that there point about men being dangerous is a little sarcastic but their primary agenda is against guns yes. So in your opinion is terrorism a greater issue or gun violence in the US? Unfortunately school shootings have long been a thing for quite a while…

Because there is a reasonable overlap between blue pill and left leaning politics, but correlation is not causality. And let's be honest now you can support feminism and still be RP, you just have to apply a little more critical thinking to it than listening to what other people tell you feminism is. There are things that are uniquely worse for women, and for men, and you can work on solving those things alongside the more reasonable aspects of feminism.
