0	This is fucked up This is not about sex of the victim, more about splitting legal hairs. To be precise, it was coerced sex that ended in rape (because of the element of consent). The victim had a choice at one point (stay and have sex or go and get arrested), and arrest was NOT a threat of death or serious injury. However, what he thought would be an unpleasant chore ended in rape (starting with tying down). He clearly did not agree to rape, only to sex (otherwise he would not have gone to authorities anyway). 11	This is fucked up This case falls somewhere between coerced sex and rape. He did get significant (and very painful) injuries to the genitals.
