I see it even among my parents who are in their seventies. And among my friends my age, forties. I didn’t see a difference between guys and girls I knew in my teens and twenties, but I’m seeing a difference now. Perhaps just testosterone related that gives you an extra edge of energy when normally energy levels might drop off a bit when you get older.
