PPD is supposed to be about women who use their gender as a card, this woman didn't. The DOD opened the route for women to be in combat roles, they didn't specifically give this woman the spot. There's nothing wrong with the woman trying this and many many people never make it through. This doesn't seem like PPD.

That's a poor strawman.

Oh this is just cute, because I don't agree with you, you throw a tantrum. She didn't use her gender, she was just a bitch.

Lol that logic is flawless. This sub has gone straight to fucking shit.
/r/PussyPassDenied28/05/17 02:18 AM

Nah, you found the person who remembers when /u/mustaka wasn't such a little bitch and actually made PPD about PPD.

Is this seriously what passes as PPD now? I don't even like the pointless violence that gets passed off as PPD, but this is ridiculously stupid. Like a fifth grader telling me that the fight he saw had the hardest hits in the world.

Welcome to the state of the sub, been this way since they took away the rule requiring the gender card to be used.

Jesus Christ, what the fuck are you going on about? This sub is about women who attempt to use their gender for personal gain but get denied, it's not supposed to be about violence. You had to go on some dumbass rant for no reason.

women who use that pass getting served because they attacked someone. Lol that was not supposed to be what this sub is about, it's what it came to.
/r/PussyPassDenied14/04/17 04:56 PM

Because this sub is supposed to be about women trying to use their gender as a pass, not simply someone being served.

The subreddit near the beginning, was basically a magnet for the red pill. Around the time that the rule for women needing to have used her gender for posting was removed.

It was a whole shitshow when you tried to mention that to anyone who said otherwise. Always people who had never been there to see the FPH mods who always enforced the no linking to other subreddits rule and the no personal information rule.

All that "doxxing" of the imgur staff and the brigading. It wasn't like the Imgur staff posted all the information themselves or that the FPH mods heavily enforced no brigading.

I'm normally on the other end for videos like these, because typically people start going way too far. But this is one of those few perfect example videos. A quick subdue that didn't exceed what was needed and stopping when she was out.

I'll add that I know Roman Sosa and I knew Lulu, I also went to school with Lulu's daughter. He was a very nice man and I respected him dearly for the help and work he gave me through boxing. Was getting a tattoo when I learned about this, really blew me through a loop finding this out. Never thought something like this would happen from a woman who was so happy to be here, but it was a great thing to see that Roman bounced back so easily from this.

From what I feel I know about movies, I'd disagree with that. But for the sake of having an open mind, show me some proof of that. I'd be heavily interested in seeing what you have to show that would prove me wrong.

/r/PussyPassDenied30/12/16 09:45 PM

Lol seriously? Because that is in no way true. States that have justifiable homicide provisions for your property have explicit statements that say trespassing is not a defense for justifiable homicide.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/12/16 07:12 PM
2

I'm normally on the other end, and I see a lot of fights here that get extended and pushed far more where they need to be. A lot of the videos push what justifiable self defense actually means, but this was textbook. He got hit, threat was neutralized with a reasonable amount of force, and he stopped. It was exactly perfect in what can be considered justifiable and proportional response.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/12/16 07:07 PM
1

Enough force to stop the violence, not as much force as you can throw into a punch.
/r/PussyPassDenied20/12/16 04:48 PM

Is that really your debating point? Because if it is, it's horrible and not even a comparable representation of the situation.

He did do something, he threw a fake. And that hardly looks likes a hard slap.
/r/PussyPassDenied20/12/16 06:28 AM

It's not about that, it is about the excessive force that was not proportional to the original force.

I gotta say thing I did to someone else, I have been here for a long time joining around the birth of the sub. And I actually remember the time where attacking a woman is not PPD. And my opinion has nothing to do with gender whatsoever, it's about the harm that ensued. For starters, we are looking at improper proportional response. This isn't about her being a girl, this is about how the responded force was heavily excessive. Fracturing four bones in the face is not an appropriate force after wh…

Does it really make a difference though? If I give someone a haymaker and their head hits a curb subsequently leading to brain injury, did I not cause it?
/r/PussyPassDenied19/12/16 10:51 PM
8

Lol no. Let me preface this with this, I've been in this community from almost the birth of the sub. I actually remember the time when a woman getting punch was actually removed, because it didn't qualify as PPD. She learned something about conflict and what can happen from it, but it doesn't mean that I don't think this went too far. I see this as going way too far, I'd say the same if it were a man who got punched. He went way too far, because I don't belive having four bones broken over some …
/r/PussyPassDenied19/12/16 10:25 PM
21

It's a disproportionate response of force, the exact reason he was found guilty. He committed grievous bodily harm, by breaking four bones, self defense doesn't protect this unless the situation was initiated with it.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/12/16 10:03 PM
3

In the real world, self defense isn't a protection when you come back and escalate a situation. He began to walk away, but he came back and escalated it much further.

It means if you get punched or kicked, you can punch and kick back. It's not a hard concept to understand that you don't go from 0-100 for a push. It's PPD, but don't be retarded.

Okay, I know this is PPD, but don't be willfully ignorant. Being shoved does not mean that you are allowed to throw a Falcon punch. This isn't rocket science, it's common sense. The response from the school is definitely a pass, but his reaction was in no way appropriate by any means of the word "self defense".

What does this have to do with PPD? I'm fairly certain I've seen this video before, and OP has seemingly ripped it and freebooted it, but we never once see a woman.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/12/16 06:59 PM

You are vastly overestimating how much the mods care. They stopped caring long ago when they made the rule that having the gender actually be relevant to the situation didn't have to be required.

They tried to ban burqas, and it should be mentioned she isn't wearing a burqa, rather a niqab. But, the ruling for this was reversed. But a law did come out of this in New South Wales that requires the removal of face covering head gear be removed for identification by police.

As I've explained to the other person who made the same general comment, I'm not saying anything to disagree with that. I'm saying that saying what he did was not "barely touchies her" and it is not accurate in any sense of the words.
/r/PussyPassDenied07/08/16 07:32 PM

And I'm not disagreeing with that or even pointing towards that, "barely touches her" is just not even close to what happened.

Barely touches her I know this is PPD, but don't act that blind and naive.
/r/PussyPassDenied07/08/16 04:54 PM

It's not the relevant aspect of why it actually succeeded. It wasn't marketed directly towards men, it was directed towards the people who had an interest in the trilogy. It was not a movie that had to be directed to a specific gender, because it was able to hold on its own. Unlike Ghostbusters, it didn't need to rely on the emotions of a small subset of people.

I'm not gonna compare the situation to the deaths of innocent people, in a different country. I'm not gonna say they had such malicious intentions, like you just said, because you can't tell that from a fuzzy video. Okay, I know this is PPD but it does not read like that. Victimization is defined as the process that victimizes or exploits someone. So what my comment says is that a person who was sexually abused as a child is at a higher risk of doing the same thing to a child, therefore repeating the circle. I get this is PPD, but nothing in my comment says that only women get raped. So if you could be so kind, put out where I say only women get raped. But I can save you some time, it's not there. Also, if …

It's about child sexual abuse, not simply an adult who gets raped. It's been documented that adolescents who are subjected to sexual abuse, especially if from a relative, tend to be at a higher risk of additional or repeated victimization in adulthood.

So basically exactly the same type of people in the video. That isn't instinct and I didn't say it was a reflex. Instinct is the tendency to lean towards a certain behavior, you just said he decided to do something. He paused, looked at the situation, and decided to kick her back. That's not instinct, he paused and made a decision.

Headlines occur every now and then that attribute whatever occurred as a result of drugs. There was the face eating situation that was labeled as a bath salts psychosis; he wasn't on anything though. I remember in the whole mess of Trayvon Martin they announced how he had a very small amount of THC in his system. I've seen a few of "synthetic acid", in reference to the RC drug class of x-nBome. It's sensationalism of a situation. Especially in what I responded to OP, we have no reason to believe…

Really? That's what you gathered from this? Nothing in this article pointed to that. This is the type of speculation that harms drug culture harshly. There's a lot more they could break, but skaters are more likely to break something. It's a huge liability issue as well to let people skate on private property. I'm not even saying all street skaters are assholes. The assholes are ones who go onto private property and skate where they shouldn't be.

I loved skating as a teenager, but I understood I destroyed things by skating on them. If they don't want their things destroyed, that's a perfectly reasonable thing. That's becoming a less valid claim almost every single day. When it seems the large majority of the American population has access to the internet, it shouldn't be difficult to know. I'm not saying to fire them over an accusation, that's what my school did. I don't think it's appropriate, but I have no voice in changing it. It's extremely messed up we have people willing to do this and it's even more messed up how my school district would react.

That's true, but the school doesn't want any consequences to come of keeping them on. Parents get out raged at, even though it isn't proven, that a teacher was having sex with a minor/student. I firmly believe in innocent until proven guilty, but everyone knows that outside the confines of a courtroom it means nothing. People make assumptions and will believe what they want, even with no facts. It's really bad in America, just look at false rape claims. People get their lives ruined over these. …

I looked through the article and it does link to the previous articles. It was a student at her school. But again, you cannot connect the dots like that. It's making conclusions based off nothing. It's about knowing the facts, not what you assume to be true.

Teachers would get fired immediately for a felony charge. I know the High School I attended told teachers that if a teacher was charged with having sex with a minor, regardless if they were a student or not, they would be fired immediately.

Well no shit it is a church. I'm simply saying that most groups have a group of people that are not for the right image. With the Westboro picking funerals and their signs of God Hates Fags is something a normal Christian doesn't appreciate to be linked with. Same comparison as how true feminist go for equal rights and femanazis want to reverse the patriarchy. The true feminist doesn't support how the femanazis act and stand for. This is very very similar to the Westboro Baptist Church compared …

For the majority of the United States only one party has to be aware it is being recorded, but this mainly applies more to use as evidence in the court of law. For it to be wiretapping, as by its definition, it would be a separate party secretly monitoring a conversation.

You hear the same thing with Christians in the United States. The vast majority of Christian's in the US do not support the actions of the Westboro Baptist Church, but they are still Christians nonetheless. Adrenaline doesn't turn of your brain to get you more strength. Adrenaline stimulates the heart to put out more oxygen, dilated air way passages, increased blood flow to your muscles, and contracts muscles. The brain stay aware at all times and the contraction of muscles is what lets you harness more strength. Shutting your brain off would mean you died.

This was not safe as it gets. She was kicking at him and refusing to cooperate with the law, which lets force be applied. And Ray Rice hit his girlfriend over anger, unlike the officer. The officer was in the confines of the law.

That's not at all how adrenaline works. In a very simplistic way of putting it, adrenaline increases the heart rate and allows muscles to contract farther than they typically are able to. It doesn't shut off your brain to those parts.

If you seriously think being a sovereign citizen is any way reasonable, you're an idiot. You do not have the right under common law to dictate yourself as a nation so you don't have to be subject to the law. If you think you are a "freeman of the land" because of admiralty law or Uniform Commercial Code, then you are even more of an idiot.

/r/PussyPassDenied09/12/14 07:08 PM

You can drive without a license as much as you want, and you will never be pulled over specifically for it. But when you are pulled over for an infraction, you will be royally fucked for not driving with a license. If you're one of the sovereign citizens, then all of this is pointless. If you are driving and you are pulled over, there was a probably a reason for it. Having to show your ID is not some sign that you have no personal liberties.

He was the singular officer. Forcing her down could have easily resulted in him getting hurt. She was in subordinate, this was fully justified. Tackling someone down for this would be completely unnecessary and pretty brutal, more so than a taser.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/11/14 04:09 PM

As much as it was justified in a personal sense, she didn't pose a threat at that moment. She could have easily broke some more shit on her way out, but that's thrown up in the air as to what was happening next. Also, cops wouldn't care at first. He would have been arrested on the spot since she's a girl and cried her way out of it. If he didn't wait a few seconds, I'd say he'd be in the clear. Since he did wait just those few moments, that could easily screw him over.

With how she was hitting everything on her way out, I'm not surprised he hit her. After seeing her do that, all on video, then hitting him, the punch was justified. Was a cheap shot in a sense, but hitting someone and then walking away isn't a good idea in any fashion.

That's what an emotionally abusive relationship is. They feel the blame for their partners action and it is then their duty to fix it. Guilt ridden from it, he just wants to see her happy.
