Agreed, not worth it. I miss it but I smoke once every few months, that's it. I just know myself from experience, been an addict. Self-awareness is key, and not that head high awareness.

Thinking about this post now, that response of aggression may be triggered by fear, which is due to a lack of belief in self. I mean that makes sense. Thanks. I try to meditate. Still novice at it, still feel like its mumbo jumbo, but giving it an honest shot. Feel like it helps me personally with quelling my thoughts and focus but not when I have to be in public talking, approaching, etc.

She was there but on the damn stair master in the corner. Connected eyes for a slight second. I wasn’t about to walk there. There was someone on the stairmaster next to her too. No need to make a scene. I hope to catch her on the stretch mat if fate has it. Sometimes we arrive at the same time so that’d be perfect. Maybe tomorrow, who knows. I was too blunt last night and missing that fun energy. Im a lightweight and for some reason more than 1-2 drinks makes my vibe go downhill. Idk why it happens to me. I dont get why other people dont feel that. Isn’t alcohol a depressant? Lol. Ill do my best tonight man. Thanks for your reply, really helps.
