I call bullshit. You'd have to have two smart phones to check in.

But she kind of has. See Lucy. It's not a superhero in the comic book sense, but it fits.

Oberst intends to donate the proceeds of this suit to charities benefitting the victims of violence against women. Ooh, so close. You donate the proceeds to victims of violence against MEN, Conor. Violence against MEN.

Clearly the first 59 times were okay. You gotta wonder at what moment during the 60th time they were having sex did she stop and think, okay, I'm bored with this guy -- time to try to ruin his academic career and life.

I'm thinking one probably shoulda been enough. "Rape me once, shame on you. Rape me twice, shame on me."

No, it's not country. It was by a guy named Jimmy Soul. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NF5XU-k2Vk https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimmy_Soul Very fond memories of hearing this song on the radio and singing it with my dad, bros, and friends, to raucous laughter.

Fat, single moms who now want to "take it slow" and are waiting for a "gentleman".

That first one made my head hurt. Such utter stupidity. It's almost as damaging as TimeCube, yet not as tongue in cheek.

That all may be well and good, but it doesn't fucking matter. YOU DON'T POINT A GUN, loaded or not, at another human being!

Jack Donaghy, 30 Rock. Hell, even Dennis was pretty Alpha even though he was goofy about it.

I'm a huge fan of Louis C.K. but he lost me here. When I first saw it I thought, wow, this is one big hunk of bullshit. Elsewhere in this thread someone had it right - it's pandering to a liberal audience. Your self-deprecation is part of your schtick, Louis. I get that. Yet you aren't nearly as fat or unattractive as you make yourself out to be, and women aren't nearly as helpless as you make them out to be. That whole little bit did both sexes such a great disservice.

Yes, because everyone knows what men need more than anything is for some out-of-touch, overweight, middle-age woman to tell me what it means to be a man.

Totally. I think this is the thing that disgusted me about the article most. It was purportedly about shedding light on false rape allegations, and then it encouraged people who thought they were victims to come forward and did nothing to offer support for those who WERE indeed falsely accused.

My god, you're full of shit. To imply you have to drink to get laid? To imply you have to buy her drinks and get drunk? This is one of the biggest loads of crap I've ever read.

Doesn't show up at all on a Mac. Just a bunch of question marks instead of the characters you intended. Probably because you used a font not independently available or embedded.

Article Thought this was interesting because Quebec has the progressive marriage (or lack thereof) laws that I would like to see the United States adopt, and yet because of one court case there's this big push towards just the contrary. An entitled then 17 year old his whining to the courts because she was de facto married and didn't like that she's not getting any money from her then 32 year old super rich ex after a 10 year relationship.

Original text: Hi Reddit... long-time lurker here with a throwaway account. Let me just give you a quick background story on me. I'm an American living in Asia as an expat, and I'm a really conservative high school junior. Last year, I suffered from some really bad depression and thoughts of suicide and started dating a selfish, oppressive girl that I never had the heart to break up with. I'm.. just not that kind of a guy. So here's the story: In the middle of the relationship, I, being the idio…

Your boyfriend is wrong. IT'S NOT HIS FORESKIN. IT'S NOT MORE HYGIENIC. It's ignorance like that that makes me so angry. I was circumcised at 12 alongside another surgery WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I didn't realize what happened until years later. Your child will one day come to realize there is a difference between the two. He will, like me, wonder what pleasures he's missing out on sexually beause his parents chose to make an unnecessary, life-altering decision for him.

I admire that you had the guts to mention you didn't last long. Don't be embarrassed about it though. Biologically, it's a sign of virility. Men aren't supposed to last long. They're supposed to get with the dispersing of their DNA material pronto. Oftentimes, what's fun is you let her get you off once or twice before sex. Then, if that's important to you, it'll be that much easier to last long once the pipes are cleared.

You don't even need the qualifier "in a civilized society." But this, yes, a thousand times, yes!

1) You can turn off the feature that shows you when you visit someone's profile (although this makes it so you can't see who visited your profile) and 2) just create a dummy account with a different email address made for doing this kind of research. Turn off said public browsing and make your location somewhere totally out there for ultimate stealth capabilities. A-list was kind of a waste of money considering that. Still, cool story.

Plenty of Fish is horrible. Poor design, and spams you endlessly and the only way out is if you delete your account. And this, coming from a quite wonderful fish.

Thanks for the links. That's tolerance for extreme temperatures, though. Not pain. May be splitting hairs, I realize, but I think it's an important distinction to make.

This is a very good list, but in order to keep it 100% truthful, it's important to omit or edit a few items: 19 is nebulous/iffy. Re: population. 34 is not true. Re: friendzone. Is 38 really true? Cite it? I don't buy it. Re: pain threshhold. 43 is not true. Women's restrooms are notoriously filthy because stupid women try to hover (not to mention all the dirty tampons/pads/whatnot left behind). If any item has an "almost always" or "usually" it's questionable as to whether it should be on the l…

Fake it 'til you make it. You can turn that "NOTHING" going on in your life into a positive. Make a joke about it, like, "I tied my shoes. Okay, they were velcro, but still." Exude confidence in the little things that you do have going for you and that will trickle over into the other aspects of your life. You're breathing and you have a car. Do you have a hobby or something else unique about you that sets yourself apart? Or just something that you're passionate about? A lot of this has to do wi…
