But you assume she coerced or she took advantage of him and that she isn't the victim. Reverse the roles and see who's the victim in this scenario A 12 year old girl would also know it's possible to use drugs against a 17 years old boy. 1	Boy gets raped, then he's sent to jail I don't see how that can't never happen. Unfortunately, a lot of, maybe even most, rapes on minors are done by other minors. A twelve years old child isn't a 5 year child. A twelve years old child may have the physical strength to overpower older minors, or even adults. Especially women and girls. He may even have the intellectual capacity of tricking them. Maybe it was his babysitter, they were playing jumping rope and he managed to tie her hands and legs.
