| 1 | Which relationships have you preferred throughout your life: the men you developed feelings for via them being “popular”, or those who hanged out alone with you for sufficient time?Just an fyi man, I can tell you that women care about people appearing a certain way than to actually be that thing if you get me. Like I’d say me running a sub 16minute in my life or deadlifting 240 kg at 75kg when I was a lightweight never did me any good, because I didn’t have the looks. By looks I don’t necessarily mean just height, butthe face, etc. it’s like, do you think a woman would like the guy that can deadlift 300kg or the guy that looks like he can deadlift 300kg? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/02/26 02:02 AM |

But your post is nice since it supports my narrative. I always see men shorter than me find success, because the face etc is “cute” by the woman, but online people act as if the 5”8 guy with a decent looking face is ugly for some reason. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/02/26 01:59 AM |
| 1 | Which relationships have you preferred throughout your life: the men you developed feelings for via them being “popular”, or those who hanged out alone with you for sufficient time? This is where men that fall within the average category struggle to comprehend. As a man with severe facial assymetry ive always been at the top percentiles of running and certain athletic events, but my popularity and sportiness has never given me romantic success. The sad truth is that these things such as being sporty or musically talented only matter if you pass people’s looks thresholds. Do women like a guy that can bench 120kg, or the one that looks like they can? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/02/26 01:54 AM |

I’m shocked. As what we call an oldcel in the incel community I’ve always talked about the looks threshold. It’s really weird how recent years men have hyper fixated on height but do the minimum to improve other parts to looks like the face. Most men aren’t even willing to use concealer but they complain about height, it’s weird as hell. Nice to see other people using the looks threshold to explain reality though. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/02/26 01:49 AM |
| – | The feminist narrative of 30+ men’s preference for younger (18-25) women being due to their inability to get women their age is one of the most laughable things I’ve ever heardAge is one of the things men treat women poorly on that isn’t controllable. I as a man that is attracted to women my age don’t care about men being attracted to way younger women. I don’t care if women have a height preference or face preference, which most of them have. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/02/26 01:43 AM |
