Your kids will eventually know how pricey things are and how much you are giving them a month to take care of the expenses. Keep in touch with them and dont take their words to your heart. Stay calm, maintain your dignity and respect and keep moving on. When your ex makes more, see if you can get a re-evaluation to reduce how much you pay per month. If the other party knows you are making more, they would do the same.

My friend’s neighbor was taken away by the cops because he made his wife angry and upset while discussing finances. Not sure what abuse that falls under.

The divorce fees and unfair judgment for men for the most cases have convinced me to leave the country if I am in a divorce situation and not look back again.

If you had done this they would use every bit of it to name, shame and take away as much money as possible from you. So use your documentation of such incidents with a good lawyer to give up as little as possible.

Because they know law will be on their side. If they are the ones gonna lose half of all their wealth then they wont be in such a hurry.

She is doing it for someone else. Don't ask about it, take care of your physical, mental, economical and spiritual well being. Don't look back if you have decided to finalize the divorce.

Document everything and lawyer up. This sounds like a trap somewhere in the future.

It’s not a good idea. I would be way too cautious and pre nup the hell out of it if I cannot avoid it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
