There is more to the military than being physically powerful and there are plenty of successful female military figures. Engaging in the 'men vs women' or 'women are more victimised' debate validates it as a discussion topic, whereas it should be ignored. We should instead be talking about how war affects everyone and what we can do about it.

People have different comfort levels for different things. In some cases they may not realise they have crossed a line unless you tell them. Talk to them in private and tell them it's not ok. If it continues tell their supervisor.
