Its a fair question, with a lot of different answers that depend on the size of your balls (figuratively) and the nature of your conversation leading up to the question. If the conversation seemed to be going great, it could just be basic bitch shield / basic deflection tactics... an example response straight out of the textbook "Come on... Reading this thread over, I think you need to get your own emotional / mental state into a more positive and stable position before you bring someone else into your life. The idea with a relationship is to allow someone you love to come and share your awesome life with you (and vice versa). 18	So I unintentionally came up with a pretty quick, easy, and fun opener that I thought was decent enough to share. A friend of mine does something similar, seems to always open conversations and get some good vibes going. He'd hand a girl his phone saying "can you take a photo of me and my friend", then when he goes to get the phone back he'll say something to the effect of "OK, now us", and go for the selfie.
