Progressive counterpart is whats making men go towards manosphere

Genuine question, do you live in the West? Seems wildly different from what I and many here have experienced

Using reddit has nothing do with this Women date unemployed dudes and men in literal prison. Right that's the point and I agree with you cuz I also know plenty of women dating literal abusers. When superficial standarts are prioritized, bar for personality is on the floor.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/24 08:12 PM

If this was true I would be in a relationship already, women's standarts are very high for looks yet very low for personality
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/24 07:45 PM

Man 21 ~ 500 contacts 8 people I talk to everyday/regularly, 5 of them irl

I must be extremely ugly then that I did not manage to get a single match in 3 month
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 04:29 PM

The amount of blaming going around in the comments about completely different topic is crazy. It looks like women in the comments are on purpose ignoring the results and jumping to conclusion that "why would you do such things to these guys" as if they really care about those strangers Really doing everything except admitting they have it extremely easy on dating apps

Usually blue pill guys go with "women wonderful effect", "it's just your personality" or just your avarage 3rd wave feminist so seeing your flair i was a bit confused that you are acknowledging how lack of empathy from women destroys men
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/24 10:40 PM
5

Genuine question, how are you even blue pill with these thoughts?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/24 10:32 PM

Well this will get personal, I am not comfortable with sharing it here. Is it okay if I dm you?

I am avarage in face and I do not make so much money to have high status. That is what this debate is all about. If you score avarage on facial and money you will most likely not get dates. Regardless my point stands, women have unrealistic standarts in dating and bare minimum when it comes to personality. Since the more they find someone attractive the more they like their personality. This is so common yet hardly any women on this sub will acknowledge it
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/24 05:02 PM

I don't think I fall into any of those catogories. I am pretty lean and geniunly have a good personality and can hold conversation for hours with women that I just met. But my face is pretty avarage. I see this logic always being told here by women to men that if they cant get a date they must be ugly or not working on themselves yet no one will acknowledge hypergamy or unreasonable standarts or in general having lot of options from the other side. I have even had female friends who I tried to f…

I am really extraverted, have good friends and social circle and can strike up a conversation with basically anyone, yet no success in dating. There are so many guys here with the same situation and are rightfully saying that personality and social skills does not matter if you don't have the status or the looks. Because those things get you to the door. The rest help you maintain
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/24 03:12 PM

I have said this before and I'll say it again. The people you choose to date ultimately tell more about you than the people you "want to" date. Lot of men and women do not communicate in the beginning about what they actually want and then end up in these situationships and look for someone to blame
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/24 05:35 PM

Some women are wonderful. Some are terrible. Just like guys. Don't think this is what he meant. He is referring to the psychological and emotional bias that people associate more positive attributes with women when compared to men Which in return leads to the aforementioned cases of bias in real life

All my relationships I talk beforehand and tell her i am sexually conservative and ask about her bodycount and her boundaries so I never end up in these scenarios. It is better to fully know the person and their boundaries before rather than getting into a relationship blindly

Gender pay gap has been debunked several times and equal pay act has been in effect since 1963. You can choose to ignore it but thats not the main topic. Even if what you were saying is true that does not account even close to a majority. Considering southerners are already conservative, second map should have been fully red <image>
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 11:45 AM
3

I am pro-choice but your logic does not make sense. In the west a woman votes against abortion, and equal pay without any influence from someone else. You can be against abortion because you are conservative and you can be against equal pay because you do not want different skills levels being valued at the same rate. This is just to name few. "Lot of these women do not have a political mind of their own" what you are saying actually is misogynistic

I am not interested in casual sex so I would not be interested in women with high bc either. Everyone should hold their (future) partner to the same standarts they hold themselves

I guess I would be on the extreme side here but i cannot flirt with 2 people at the same time without feeling like a piece of shit. But then again if i am flirting with someone my sole purpose is to get to know them and to progress things further to date and not something casual Which is probably why I would try to avoid being compared to. Pretty big difference between choosing "if I want to date him or not" or "if I should go for guy #1 over #2"
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/24 06:56 PM
6

Yes I agree, it is also due to America being very individualistic society. I have also seen this pattern a lot. Gender divide is more rampant, bodycount, money, status matter more in the states when comparing it with Europe
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/24 05:57 PM
1

I do get your points but don't you think dividing your attention among multiple dates could prevent you from fully appreciating what each person has to offer?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/24 05:48 PM

NYC and LA would probably be on the extreme side of class segregation. But regardless I don't think that hinders people's ability to date one another if their salaries are vastly different. You would be right about the elite though

Man I feel bad for you but this is too pessimistic. I could advice some stuff if your goal is to get into a LTR. 1) You being virgin literally does not matter to a woman 90% of the time if they are also looking for a life long partner and not a one time hookup. 2) You are avarage height. That's completely normal, just avoid dating apps. You might not have a the best face but if you take care of how you dress and smell it will for sure increase your chance 3) Unless you are going to be completely…

People who use these deragotory terms against women due to high bc usually mean they wouldn't get into a relationship with them due to their sexual past. No man ever i have seen has said this and meant in a one night stand context unless they have room temperature iq

Who men choose to have sex with is vastly difterent than who they would consider wife material. Men will literally fuck anyone On the side note, guys with lots of bodycounts who shame women for the same are just plain lost

I guess I would be the outlier here but I have never been attracted to SAHM. Women having a successfull career is attractive to me. Even if they are just getting a median wage, still would choose that over a stay-at-home-mom Idc about the sex part

Why are y'all fixated on hypergamy part? Where did i say hypergamy was good or bad? As the guy also stated, therapy being not encouraged in male enviroments is due to external materalistic things being chased by women due to hypergamy which makes it of high value. Yet women choose to ignore this and blame men for shaming therapy. Make it make sense
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 01:39 PM

You missed the whole point. Women wanting hypergamy is what made a wealthy but shitty man more desirable than a broke good man. Yet you will still blame men
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 12:29 PM

This is 100% it. And for all men going through a breakup, go full no contact. Delete all the pictures, videos anything and make sure you will never even accidentally stumble on her account. That's the quickest way to get over it

Interaction still happens. But not in a progressive way that would lead to something. For me it is never been hard to approach a woman and strike up a convo. Usually it lasts more than an hour (for context i usually aporoach at mutual friend gatherings or small houseparties) and then i get their number/insta. The thing is if a woman doesn't find you ideal or attractive its a lost case from start. For me the clues are obvious just by how they message afterwards. 95% of the time It's either instan…

Why do women on this subreddit tell struggling men all the time to date less attractive women? I legit got told by multiple women (somehow it always was pink pill) to lower my standarts to date obese women if i want to get into a relationship. Fyi, im athletic

/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/24 12:52 PM

Yeah i get you. For me i see sex more as an intimacy than pleasure. Sure i would love to have it but only if i know my SO is 'the one'. That's why never been interested with one night stands or casual hookups
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 09:20 AM
1

Comparing "chads" and "nice guys" in getting laid and one night stands creates the false perception that most 'nice guys' are only nice because they want to hookup with the other person.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/24 06:52 PM
3

not every guy wants to have sex from getgo or is ready in early stages either. It's weird how y'all see relationship as a transaction and not something that connects two people unconditionally

Here is your evidence
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 08:45 PM

Nope! I (20M) have had multiple chances to get laid in the past but hooking up with someone i dont have emotional connection to disgusts me. My standarts are we have to be in a relationship for atleast 8-10month so i would be comfortable with having sex. If my partner can't wait for me then it is a dealbreaker. Fyi, im not religious

Saying most guys are nice just for sex oversimplifies things. Real connections involve more than just wanting physical intimacy. Good relationships are built on understandind and honest communication, not just the pursuit of sex. If you reckon all guys are just about "pump and dump," maybe broaden your view. Relationships aren't one-size-fits-all. Your take oversimplifies things more than my grandma's pancake recipe

That's not what i was saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 01:38 PM

If the guy wants to hookup it wont matter who approaches first. I strongly believe the person you approach matters more than who approaches who first. Otherwise i can apply the same logic for why men should never approach.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 01:33 PM
8

How would the situation be any different if the guy approached? He can do the exact same thing depending on his intentions
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 01:16 PM

There is a difference between approaching to hookup and approaching to actually get the know the person. If the otherside only wants to fuck then it is pretty easy to recognize those patterns

The fact that you are labelling virgin as an "inexperienced loser" is crazy. Femcel energy right there

It feels like you all put too much emphasis on sex. Personally i wouldn't seek a long tern relationship with a woman who thinks being a virgin is a red flag
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/23 10:52 AM

This idea that men should "up their game" in response to belittlement isn't gonna fix anything. How about we just keep it chill and make sure we're all treating each other with respect, no matter the gender? At the end of the day, there'll always be some crap, best to just ignore it.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 11:30 AM

exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 11:21 AM

Since men often face more consequences for their words, some women might have gotten used to bashing or belittling men. Even though it doesn't justify men doing the same in return.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 11:21 AM

Preferences are fine, but the whole Red Pill Podcasts took it too far, and now some guys think it's cool to insult others. Women do it too, but can't figure out how it became so widespread.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 11:18 AM
5

Probably unrelated but from my understanding of both black and red pill communities. There are positive things I have taken for my own goals. Redpill teaches you to always strive for the best version of yourself while blackpill emphasizes self awareness and that some things when not achievable is ok. You don't always have to force it. But when you go to extremes you will get people who justify cheating on one side and incels on the other side
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/23 10:43 PM

Nah im good. Y'all stay safe tho
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/23 03:59 PM
1

It's a matter of what's prioritized. I don't think they are exclusive to one another
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/23 09:32 AM

In that case i also agree. Communication is key :)
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/23 09:30 AM
1

Im just focused on my career and workouts. I wouldn't say I gave up on trying to get a date but it is certainly not my priority right now 🤷‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/23 09:29 AM

I disagree. There is no strong correlation with being a virgin and having a bad attitude. You can have multiple body counts and still be a piece of shit. Especially in modern hookup culture it's not that hard to get laid
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/23 09:23 AM

How was being virgin an indication here to a bad relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/23 08:39 AM

Idk what type of guys you see irl but yeah that's not how it works
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 10:15 PM

What happened to us choosing the prettiest in the group? Most men arent playboys and geniunly seek a connection with person that they match not with person thats the prettiest. This shit gives female equivalent of incel vibes
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 09:17 PM
10

What do you exactly mean by not being interested in "love"
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 03:26 PM
3

Oh well maybe your surroundings is bad then but that's how it has always been
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 03:14 PM
2

Most men don't go for the looks unless someone is really ugly or fat, when it comes to actual relationships (not hooking up). I have only been in a relationship once and it happened because she was also interested in me. Most men don't really have the chance to "pick" out from a group cuz most men don't have options.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 03:11 PM

I was referring to the point that we dont really get to choose
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 02:57 PM

We literally go for whoever has interest in us
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/23 12:01 PM

I disagree. I have had multiple chances when it came to getting laid but i never bothered with it. I dislike hookup culture because i see sex as one of the highest levels of intimacy and to share it with someone other than your partner does not interest me. P.s: i am not religious
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 04:25 PM
