Get out of here with your bullshit advice on this. This woman is literally planning on committing a crime with the kids passports. I would strongly advise that you move on. Based on your posting yesterday, it looks like you’re trying to give incorrect advice to people and then laughing about it and posting it elsewhere. I suggest you get some professional help.

I must say, this is horrible advice. She’s got the kids passports and could literally take them out of the country and you’re acting like that’s OK

That doesn’t matter. He has a restraining order against him. The order has to be sorted out before he could potentially get anything out of the house

The guy looks so unhappy in both pictures. She’s probably abusing him and eating all of his food

Guys, I hate to break it to you, but there are people out there turning small amounts into big money. There’s a handful of guys who have gone from 10 K to 100 K and another handful that are taken 50,000 and turned into 1 million. They are out there. And it’s happening for a handful of people.

I disagree with this advice. He forgave her. They do not have any ties together anymore and he is not responsible for her guilt or supporting her right now. I don’t think moving on to another relationship is the answer either.

I’m gonna warn you one time about spreading misinformation here And a deliberate attempt to hurt men in the divorce process. I’m reporting you to the moderators and I would ask that you take your bullshit elsewhere. Or there will be consequences for your actions. Thank you

You came to the right place. Marriage is a partnership. It sounds like you realize that this partnership isn’t working anymore. You need to take actions to improve yourself and to make changes. It sounds like you’re going to dissolve this marriage. You were very young. You do not have any children. It doesn’t sound like there’s significant assets to fight over. I would suggest getting an attorney and working out a deal to end this marriage amicably. Staying in the situation is not good for you o…

You’ve been giving good advice on your thread. Put on your big boy pants and consult a lawyer.

You are being set up. If you go back, the minute something goes wrong, you’ll have another protection from abuse order against you. She’s trying to strengthen her in case. Don’t fall for it

OK buddy. Good luck with all of that. You created the mess for yourself

Yes. You are definitely too old. I think you should focus on handling your drug addiction.

In theory I could do this. It could be costly though as someone might see a large with drawl of cash right before filing as some financial shenanigans

The key component to this is that I haven’t filed yet. There’s no judge involved or anything until I file

Well, you complained about being in a really bad financial situation. I totally understand that. If you came here for advice, expect to hear real talk. Put on your big boy pants and figure out a way to get through this. Hopefully one that does not involve getting remarried and putting yourself deeper in the hole.

I agree. There is no reason to get remarried so soon. This whole process is destroying your finances. Take care of yourself first.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
