She didn’t break our streak, but stopped trying to start conversations and just sends mass streaks. By pursue, do you mean I should hit her up again or wait for her to initiate a conversation then ask her? Thanks!

Starting overweight and 6'1". Used to be 230 but I am down to 185 (Over almost 2 years of breaking my plan and starting it again so nothing that great), but was not lifting through that phase which I think made me weak. I was planning on losing a lb/week till I get to 170 while still lifting since my bodyfat is high still. I just want to know I can control my body before I go on a surplus. Food has always helped me cope, so when I let myself go I eat waay to much.

Is it really worth if I switch midway? I heard it was more about consistency then what you start with.

Do you think I should switch?

I used to think that as well, but it's really not the case. Video games are the biggest time sink and was a big hurdle for me in being able to be more productive and now I spend that time reading, socializing in real life which actually helps, studying which actually makes you more knowledgeable, and on hobbies with tangible results that I could use to create value in not only my life but the lives of others as well. 2-3 hours is a lot of time, especially if you're in school, to be wasting away.…

Yeah I'm 16 as well. Been reading about TRP for a couple months now and started lifting a couple weeks ago. A sub with thoughts tailored for our demographic would be really useful since high school is radically different then the real world. There are a growing number of teenagers on AskTRP, and I think them applying some of the things on the main sub come off as weird to other high schoolers. Hopefully, a mod skims by this post.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
