I don't disagree that she should be given a punishment but saying "he got x so she should get x+" is just the kind of thinking that leads to a system of vengeance. Her case should be looked at, the evidence and state of her mind at the time of the false accusation taken into account and a punishment that would make society safer and help to rehabilitate this woman should be handed out. The same as with any other crime. Crying for blood isn't the right move now or ever.

My only problem with it is that I don't see the benefit of posting these one off examples of cases. I feel like they're too limiting in scope and just make the sub look like we're reaching for any justification of our views rather than discussing actual systematic problems.

Now that's a better question worth looking into. I just don't see how posting specific cases to get outraged about helps Men's Rights. The Justice system coddles women and punishes men more harshly than what is fair. It all goes back to idiotic ideals about protecting women and the idea that male lives are expendable.

They're at a nearness of age where I see nothing wrong with these people having consensual sex. However... Why the fuck aren't charges being brought against her for the false report and why the hell aren't any charges being sought against her father!? This case is absolutely bizarre and I hope the woman and the boys get any mental health consoling they need. Especially that woman if the story about her fucking her father is true he should be charged and she should be having her mental well-being…

Great tone of your email I'll contact them as well. This sort of campaign misses so much by limiting their scope to weak stereotypes. Nothing good comes from making men into some rape-boogie-monster. Consent is important but it's a conversation that needs to be had across gender and sexual preference lines. Straight dudes aren't the entire problem.
