So, it is obvious that you do not understand the difference between kidnapping and abduction, because Kidnapping is the taking away of a person by force, threat, or deceit, with intent to cause him or her to be detained against his or her will. Where as abduction is the criminal taking away a person by persuasion, by fraud, or by open force or violence. Yes I would consider an independently functioning organism capable of replication to be a form of life regardless of if it was from mars.
