| 120 | A simple trick to combat negging...I also feel like an easy way to combat negging is just not to entertain it. Make it clear it’s a firm boundary by not laughing at it and not responding with anything other than, “I don’t appreciate that comment.” A lot of black men try to neg me as a black woman, usually by calling me a particular reclaimed word I’d rather not be called.
