Judging by her manifesto her dad was a loser alcoholic that helped raise her into the spiteful humanity hating outcast she became. And of course his Facebook has a bunch of religious posts and some scattered pictures of his daughter when she was very young, with almost no pictures of her from ages 10-15. Seems like the typical "christian" that virtue signals all day while not walking the walk himself. His rotten teeth in his selfies says all I need to know about the type of person he is and he s…

I banged girls in their 20s in my late 30s. I only made 50k a year I wasn’t rich by any means but to girls in their 20s that is actually a good salary. I looked like a weak twink in my 20s and was foreveralone for most of them. I didn’t even start lifting til 30. I got laid more from age 36-38 than I did my entire life, and with girls always 10+ years younger. It really depends how you look and if you have a good personality and game. And where do you get that men falloff quick after 30? Many me…

I’m 42 and look the same as I did at 25. Actually in better shape. But I’m Asian which helps and I lift, take care of my skin and have good hair genetics too. I think most dudes just don’t take care of themselves as they age. Maintaining test levels can be done by lifting and eating a proper diet without processed crap junk food and avoiding environmental toxins, seed oils and phytoestrogens that are everywhere today. I see 30 year olds that look older than me, most men are fat slobs with horrib…

You mention her being well off financially. This should not even be a factor if you have your own sh*t together. High value men with abundance don’t care how much a girl makes, they will date a Starbucks barista if she’s beautiful, feminine and submissive. Abundance comes from having lots of good options and you only get in that position through building yourself up both physically and socially/financially. Hard to have an abundance mindset when you’re broke or have low social status. Work on bu…

Eating healthy doesn't have to be expensive. Fish, chicken, steak, veggies, rice, are not expensive at all especially when you break it down per meal/serving. A giant bag of chicken breasts is like 10 bucks and rice is dirt cheap for how many meals you get from a 5 pound bag. It's just that most people are too lazy to cook or prep meals themselves, which in that case you will be spending $$ at some "healthy" hipster joint or using some meal delivery service that costs an arm and a leg.

This. Majority of weight loss is done in the kitchen. Let's say someone's basal metabolic rate has them burn 2000 calories a day, and they burn another 500 extra through running/exercise. If they eat a Carl's Jr combo for lunch that's 1300 calories and have a bunch of snacks and a big dinner that adds up to another 2000 calories that's 3300 calories in, only 2500 out, meaning they're going to get fatter all while having exercised. I think many average joes just don't understand this. These are t…

Difficulty losing weight being blamed on genetics is a cop out. Were there any fat people in Nazi death camps? Genetics don't supercede the laws of thermodynamics. Calories in/calories out. If you're at a deficit, you lose weight. The % of people that have legitimate thyroid or medical issues is miniscule, something like 1%. Just look at the show Biggest Loser. You could assume some of those people had "poor genetics" yet when kept at a fat camp for weeks with exercise and controlled diet, they …

The 50's when women and men were much happier? How come I don't see any female garbage collectors or construction workers even with the rise of feminism? Could it be that maybe men and women are attracted to different types of jobs? Wow what a concept.

You know what you're doing is the wrong thing and hurting your chances, yet you keep engaging in the behavior. Likely you have been conditioned to receive dopamine hits from doing what you are doing and like a drug addict you feel withdrawl when not doing it. You may also be prone to self sabotage, or perhaps have a deep seated fear of failure. You need to start conditioning yourself and really using willpower to break the behaviors until you can get the dopamine hits from doing the proper thing…

For many it's a cope. Looks DO matter. Sure you can overcome that aspect by developing other areas of SMV but desire cannot be negotiated and even if an ugly guy gets chicks they will never get that passionate, horny sex you get when a female truly finds you physically irresistible. Harvey Weinstein's wife was very attractive, they had kids together and his high SMV was from status/wealth...but does anyone honestly think she gave him anything other than duty sex as part of the business transacti…

Eh disagree. I grew up a huge nerd, smallest kid in every grade, furthest thing from alpha. Even into my 20s I was mostly a dork. I'm now jacked, successful both in career and with women and my mindset is nothing like it was previously. There are also many other examples of previously blue pilled betas completely doing a 180 after finding the red pill and developing themselves. Some are alphas naturally but it can definitely be learned because much of beta behavior is from societal conditioning.…

What types of behaviors should I be wary of as far as a waif type? What caused issues with your ex? I think I should maybe not even keep her as a plate

I was thinking BPD but perhaps the internalizing quiet type, not the externally violent type. But in either case, probably best not to test those waters. But damn, I am dumb so lol.... Do people with BPD ever really recover or become normal? I know they can improve with therapy but perhaps damaged goods in this manner are permanent?

"Is no sex better than sex with ugly girls? Should I have standards? " This is really personal preference. I'm in a bit of a drought so I slept with this girl that had a good body but not a great face. Wouldn't repeat. I think for me I'd rather just not have sex than with someone that doesn't really get me that aroused, but again that's just me. There are plenty of guys out there that need sex and would put it in anything that's warm.

Pretty skewed perception. I have a group of close friends I have known for over 3 decades and would have my back in hard times and wouldn't ask for anything in return. Do yourself a favor and have some psychedelic experiences they'll open your mind and help you discard this defeatist mentality.

I actually don't hang with this one that often, maybe once every 2-3 weeks. These last 2 were 1 week apart however. Yeah I'm going to scale back. She has a lot of investment at this point so I'm not too afraid she'll disappear but honestly if she does then oh well. I have some friends telling me I've been placed in "boyfriend zone" now so she's scaling back the sex. Like her comfort level got too high and I transitioned out of the "guy she sees for sex and fun" frame and she's now eyeing me for …

So basically soft next and scaling back contact seems like the way to go. I had given her a 2nd chance because her period excuse seemed legitimate and I gave her a pass on that one. But this time there’s no good excuse so obviously I won’t tolerate it.

Yeah looking back I should have just crashed and burned and put the pedal to the metal. I guess I get paranoid about some actions that feel “rapey” and I know guys that have been burned. Im thinking I probably should have jumped ship faster after the first few failed attempts at escalation

Well it’s not like she said “no sex” and I just agreed to stay and cuddle. The entire time I was cuddling I was re-escalating and trying for sex. Making out, sucking on her breasts, and trying for the underwear again. But in any case probably still failed because I didn’t just rip them off but I dunno that feel rapey to me...it’s a fine line I guess and I know many girls like that but it’s risky.

Thing is, having the face to face game, personality and being able to talk/converse easily etc. is actually the hard part imo. I was always very strong in these areas...but add in the fact I have a stud's body now and women just melt because it's the entire package. It's rare you find legit "nerds" or guys of substance and smarts who also have a body like that. If I were 6ft I'd slay the world at this point lol, height is my current limiting factor...along with the fact I'm Korean but that's bec…

Pretty short, I'm 5'8" and current weight is 168 at around 10% body fat. In the process of cutting below 10% for summer. https://imgur.com/lTc44YB

This is why I got in amazing shape. I have a decent face and used to get by on personality and smarts but it only takes you so far. Once I attained a body like a Greek statue and upped my style game I started getting a different kind of female attention, the kind of sexual objectification I had never experienced in my life. Feelsgoodman. Took me a good 5 years in the gym 4-5x a week and making fitness and lifting a priority to get here though. Never too late though, I didn’t lift til I was 30. E…

Trying to recomp at a body fat as high as yours just isn't optimal, cutting first then adding size will give you much more progress within same time frame. Trying to cut both fat and gain muscle at the same time just isn't very optimal in general unless you are on gear. Better to focus on one or the other. I would focus on getting lean first, perhaps dropping to 10% or so, then once you get there shift your focus onto putting on some size. Lift as heavy as you can with a relatively decent calori…

Thanks for the response Yeah I think I'll just lay low until she reaches out to me and then try to set a date, if she gets wishy washy or makes excuses again then I'll just hard next.

I have other prospects but this girl is just the full package to me which is why I get thrown off my game and off center. It's not just that her looks are killer but she has brains and a personality to boot. It's like I have some nice T-bone steaks, some sirloins, etc. but this girl is like the finest filet mignon She was always the one to initiate texts and I'd banter back and forth, I was not texting constantly or sending needy texts, the only thing is I think when added up over days/weeks the…

Yeah looking back I probably goofed by not escalating sexually, I let the period thing throw me off. Edit: yeah with my last LTR ex girlfriend I definitely did that....just didn't seem appropriate for a first time with a new chick, I should probably ditch that line of thinking though for the future.

I think I'll possibly have her come to me. That will show her level of interest and kill 2 birds with one stone. If she agrees cool. If not then clearly not interested enough.

She thought I was really cool, talented, liked my style and thought I was attractive, etc. Admired my taste in literature and stuff like that. I basically just screwed up in that during the date she put out huge obvious signals and I didn't reciprocate or escalate and she was extremely disappointed. After that point I never met her again and she just followed me through instagram, no other interactions really. I think I will just meet up and just see how things play out. I'll be able to tell rig…

I'm 172cm and I consider myself lucky and you should too. Just be thankful you're not 160cm or something. With a normal pair of shoes that puts you at about 5'10" which is totally a good height.

Have to agree with this. My first job out of college I met a ton of people and my social circle grew huge, and every job you jump to afterwards you're always meeting new people. I'd say if anything my social life after college has been exponentially better than during.

What a dumb attitude. What's better, being thin and frail or maximizing what you can with the frame you have? Having narrow clavicles and being skinny and non lifting is still infinitely worse than narrow clavicles with some nice delts to maximize width and some muscle mass overall. I used to be 5'8" 125 pounds and I have average clavicle width, now I'm 175 with some joocy delts and actually get objectified for my body.

I honestly don't think so. Ron Jeremy is a tiny dude but huge down there and I personally have a Mexican friend who is 5'5" with tiny feet and hands but confirmed by multiple girls he's banged that he has a fat 8 incher. I believe studies have shown a big factor in size has to do with testosterone levels in utero before birth.
