Audiobook version of this book is the best audiobook what I ever listened to. It's like he is sitting beside me and telling all his childhood stories. I highly recommend to listen in audiobook instead of reading. Or do both.

I have been there. Around same age as you. I was seeing this one girl daily, she had really great personality. We had really great time with each other. The day when I got her flowers and was hinting that I want it to be more than friends she ghosted me. It always puzzled me, never understood why until I swallowed red pill years after.

no, just fry vegies in the bit of oil, after 5 or so minutes add beans. Fry them 5 -10 more minutes and it's ready. The longer you fry the more mushier dinner, the way I like :)

Fry them in a bit of oil. I am using coconut oil or olive oil. For variety you can put different type of beans or different type of vegies. It never gets old.

Just because there is vegetable in the name it doesn't mean it's healthy. Vegetable oil is processed food and is unhealthy as all other processed foods. You are right, if person removes meat from his diet but still going to eat all other crap then he might as well eat that peace of meat, it won't make any difference. If person would want to go for healthy lifestyle I would look no further than Whole food, plant based diet.

I respect your opinion, but I disagree that meat is the healthiest thing in that picture. One of the reasons is that meat is full with antibiotics. 30 million pounds of antibiotics were sold in 2011 for meat and poultry production compared 7.7 million pounds for human use. Studies have shown that most of those antibiotics remain in the meat. Every time you are eating meat you are stuffing yourself with antibiotics.

I know buddy who has abusive girlfriend. Recently he tried to do suicide, and now are on antidepressants. I know family(mother and sister) of his girlfriend as well. And you know what - they don't even consider possibility that it is his girlfriend's fault. They just blaming him nonstop what a fool he is and he can't get his shit together. Women will never take responsibility.

Have you seen Netflix tv series "Lost in Space"? It is even worse. Here is their recipe: Steal the idea and concepts from an original. Flip genders. e.g., have a mom of three act more macho than A Shwarzenegger in 'Predator'. Have men just be dumb soldiers, who are trash-talked every 10mins, by wife and kids. Add diversity quotas. You know this bothers me a lot lately! I want to be good father, tech her what's good and what's bad, teach her to be loyal to her bf, be a good wife but I know it's pointless.
