Yes god forbid people be allowed to hold up a sign on the sidewalk. Whats the worst that can happen? People don't like the sign? Thats not nearly as dangerous as allowing anyone that want to, carry a firearm.

Completing a task doesn't mean you did a good job. Like if you paid someone to paint a wall and the entire wall got painted but there were bubbles, drips, and it was all uneven, yes they painted the wall but they sucked at it.
