Then it turns out they weren’t. This is why I try to approach someone without assuming whether they’re into me or not. Just do a cold approach and see what happens. Girls aren’t objectives or goals. Girls are human beings. The person you approached could end up being a friend, an interesting person, or maybe they’re just busy. They could be anything!
