yeah, it is harder, but it's not something that you should dwell on. The men's prime shit is a lot of mental masturbation mixed with wishful thinking. And from reading your post history, you're doing too much mental masturbation. Don't think shit is going to magically fix itself, you need to tackle whatever shortcomings you have today. That said, I do better in my mid-30s with girls in their early 20s because I was a unfuckable loser when I was in their age range. It took way too long for me to …

Sex is incredibly intuitive, as if it's some sort of biological imperative that is hard coded into us. That said, you can't avoid sucking at first but you will get better in no time. Do not ovethink it. Added stress is counter productive. You don't have to be a tier 1 fuck on the first day. Also, despite what some spergs say on here not every 19 yo has had 50 cocks in them and even if they have it's not like those 50 cocks gave them master level tantric sex. This means, that even if you're a bad…

You don't need a book, you need some exposure therapy - get out of your head and go live life. Get some low hanging fruit: 1) Do you have a job? Get one in the service industry. You will be forced to interact with people. You will practice your social skills with customers and co-workers. Your co-workers in these jobs will be your age and will lead to social opportunities. 2) What are your hobbies? Train some mma, bjj, or kickboxing. They are social, highly accepting, masculine sports that will …

Where are you getting that the Greeks were big and muscular? Statues? Paintings? Those are works of fiction and they're not at all representative of the physique of laborers. Genetic freaks aside, no one is getting jacked or swole from manual labor. You're not going to go on a job site and deadlift 400+ pounds of anything.

I'm assuming you want to build lean muscle mass. Your job isn't going to replace a proper weight lifting program. Even if the work is challenging initially, you're going to be operating at submaxinal. You need to progressive overload the stress you encounter to drive up muscle gain. Weightlifting is a convenient and measurable way to accomplish this. At 18-19 yo, your recovery abilities will never be better. Working 3 hours a day (not much at all) and lifting on top of that is doable.

The caveat to this is that most guys that think they are strong looking but fluffy are just fat and sloppy.

Why are you in a sexual strategy subreddit spewing this autistic shit? Go earn your money and avoid girls. He is not the same guy. He is beaming with pride and has an improved mindset. Rightfully so, he put in the work. He has freed himself from being a self-loathing, sexually frustrated incel. If you're fucking, then you have less sexual hang-ups and don't need to word-vomit why girls aren't worth fucking.

He is struggling in the softest sense. Should of just retitled the post "waah I'm bored."

You got people who are actually struggling to maintain their livelyhood and then there is you. Yeah, you're soft.

You need to get out of your head and quit overthinking shit. What hobbies do you have? What clubs are you in? Do you have a job? Unless you are some social butterfly (you're not), get yourself an activity where you have common ground with people and are forced to interact. This is how you make friends.

Confronting someone is the opposite of being a pussy. It's not a comfortable experience for either party and escalation is a possibility. You do risk coming off as butthurt, but I'd rather that be the case than someone thinking they can roast me in public. In my experience, the guy usually spits some form of "bro it's all a joke, sorry". Either you take it in stride and welcome the joking or tell him you don't like it. But at least you know where you stand and you don't have to go to the interne…

Idk, that's why I said confront him privately. Or just get everyone to gang up on him and kick his ass.

I'd confront him in private and ask if he has a problem. It could just be a misunderstanding - either you're just being too sensitive or he doesnt know he is going too far. Maybe it is justified and you're making yourself the target. In any case, clear the air. If he really has it out for you then your only options are to ignore it or fight him.

I know it's best to focus or prioritize one thing at a time, but you got to do what makes you happy/content. I've done it and made strength gains, while on a calorie deficit. I was doing 2-a-days training for MMA fights and I averaging 6-7 hours of sleep. So under-rested, under-fed, training a lot, working fulltime in a laborious job and still making strength gains. It's not as if my numbers would make regular lifters turn their heads but I was/am decently strong - squat and deadlift work sets n…

Hell ya it's worth it. I had it in my mind that I was going to compete from day 1. This mentally put me in spot where I didn't bullshit the process. I've fought a couple of MMA matches and done some grappling tournaments. I'd like to get in another MMA fight but that shit is all consuming. Training will be a lifelong endevour for me though. You gain mentally from putting yourself in shitty situations and persevering. You gain a practical skill set - fighting/self-defense. Most guys overrate thei…
