I think no fault divorce should stay, and people should just be more careful who they choose to spend their lives with.

I don't how this is a bodily autonomy issue. Whether a person is allowed to get plastic surgery, or if a woman wants to abort a fetus that is the result of rape is related to bodily autonomy, certainly. But paternity tests? Is it violating the rights of the baby to not get it's spit taken? Was it a violation of my bodily autonomy for my parents to arrange for my tonsils to be removed at age 4? I couldn't consent....

I don't have to be a janitor to know mixing bleach and ammonia is a dumb idea. I don't have to be a nurse to know if a crippled patient has a gangrenous foot they aren't being taken care of. Most reasonable people know this woman is full of shit.

Well, if this is how he found out that's fucked up. But if she's just talking about her feelings about an amicable breakup like she seems to be, it's not too bad. Letting your friends and family know there isn't any bitterness or hatred between the two is a good thing. Sure, maybe she shouldn't have tagged him, but we don't know how he feels about that. Maybe he was cool with it. Without a lot of the other context, we can't say she's doing anything wrong. Sometimes, people grow apart and choose …

And 1878 was in what time period? Yeah, the late 19th century.

Im pretty sure she was in her early 30s and was a computer programmer. She had two degrees and had made more money than her parents or her siblings.

I'm not promoting any ideology or implying being a Rich woman was worse than being a poor man. I'm just saying things women had a hard time with or couldnt do in the past. If anyone is acting like a radfem, it's you. You are the one projecting beliefs that are not explicitly or implicitly being stated onto other people you perceive as an ideological enemy In order to make them look worse.

Those are just prominent examples of universities. The fact it was mostly for wealthy people doesn't change the fact that most were not co-ed.

It's true that few people got a university education, but it's also true that before the late 19th century, no women were admitted to Oxford. It's a similar story for most other old universities, give or take a century.

The owners of my mom's first house didn't want her to buy it without her father co signing. That was in the 80s or early 90s. I don't think they were technically allowed to do that at the time, but it didn't stop them from giving her trouble. There have been women's universities for a long time, but many of the old prestigious ones like Oxford and Yale didn't allow women for most of their history. IDK much about having bank accounts, but I would guess it would have been hard for them to open one…

I get why you feel that way, but I think this is a bit of a nothing burger. You don't have to call it that, just say it's a muscle shirt of sleeveless shirt and move on.

Ideologues, in general, are cringe. Some want to control people, others are fully convinced they are right and genuinely want to help. Some are a mix of those two. The result is the same either way. Hyper-traditionalists are just the other side of the same rotten coin as rad fems. At the end of the day, everyone would suffer if they got their way. And thankfully, they are much less common than you'd think. As sad as it is, loud and stupid gets more attention than polite and correct.

From watching the trailer, it looks like the movie isn't trying to paint the old woman as a good person. At 1:35 in the trailer, a character asks the actress who is going to play her. "Why would you want to play somebody you think is a bad person?" I've not seen the film, but I don't get the impression this sort of thing is being glorified. Seems like it's being painted as creepy, weird, and inappropriate to put it lightly.

Men who commit crimes like this are typically punished harshly - both by society as a whole and by the legal system, who either puts the way for the rest of their lives or executes them. Murder in general is frowned upon in most societies and especially in western ones, which are land remain the most fair in history. I wouldn't say this sub is overrun with incels. Most of the sillier nothing burger posts don't really seem extreme enough for that to be the case to me. I may be desensitized to int…

If we boil it down to just the two words it's an abbreviation of- "involuntary celibate" than you're right there's nothing wrong with not finding someone who wants to have sex with you. However, the term has come to be associated with a group of radical misogynists online who have historically used the moniker. That group was not a representative of every man who is disgruntled about his lack of a sex life, but it's often treated as such. The number of violent incels, pick up artists and other m…

Lol. "Better life" meaning letting a degenerate cretin like you dictate arbitrary rules to me and claim they are from a god? I'm wise to that grift, dude. Been wise to it for years. Its funny that you despise people who live their own way, and say they are forgotten about, considering the people who forge their own path are the ones who actually ARE remembered in reality. Truth is 99% of people are forgotten before two centuries passes. If I'm going to live at all I'd rather prioritize doing it …

I know it's all anecdotal, but my great grandfather went to the doctor for stomach pain back in the 90s and told it was just because he was old. Turns out he had liver cancer, which ended up killing him. My mom had dealt with chronic pain for 20 something years. Sometimes it seems like she has a new GP every year, as she often seems to decide they aren't good enough. Hers docs are typically ladies. I have no doubt her pain is real, but she has also seemed to turn her back on treatments that were…

I wasn't aware that metal was demonized as much anymore. I know it got a lot of hate in the past, but I wasn't aware that it's been trashed in the media much for the last 15-20 years. Granted, I do live under a rock. That being said, all genres have haters and most folks who attack somebody else's music tastes are tactless snobby assholes.

Idk man. Im not really a "fan", but I occasionally see her kids and some are ok. She made a video implying it was sometimes acceptable to cheat on a spouse or long term partner once, which really turned me off to her. Generally, If you want to be with other people or fool around, just bite the bullet and break things off. Otherwise you are a jerk.

I have a few ciriticisms 1. There really are people who are narcissists and sexist. They may not be projecting when bringing up people who are like that. Idk about "red flag." It's a valid term. Some people have personal standards, different beliefs, or desires that make two people incompatible that are technically speaking "red flags", but I personally don't think should be referred to as such. I think "red flag" has a connotation that someone has the potential to be abusive or neglectful, whic…

That's good. I was raised and spent a few years of my adult life as a conservative Christian. Not all conservative Christians treat people, no matter the gender like their only purpose is to make more Christians via missionary work of one sort or another, is common and rarely openly contested from within.

I'm sure whatever man specific problems I have right now would be replaced by woman specific problems. Maybe some of the "gender neutral" problems I have may be a little easier to deal with, but I don't know. I've never been a woman.

I think it would he better for us to have more dignity and integrity than feminists and BLM. Some say it's impossible to affect change without violence or cruelty.. I don't believe they are correct. And even if there is some truth in what they say- is it really acceptable to become evil to defeat it? I do not believe so. Yes, sometimes one must compromise, but there's a difference between bending and breaking in regards to principle. In spite of what dormers might say- the west isn't a lost caus…

I think men are less likely to admit to their issues than women as well. Gals don't get judged as much for this kind of thing.

In my life, women seemed to gravitate to the newest models of phone before anyone else. The first people I saw with the bigger smartphones as a kid were women. Most men I knew had blackberries or flip phones.

Most folks aren't all that dangerous. She's probably not out to get you. If you ever game with her again, do it in a group with at least one or two people you trust. Interacting with minors in any way can be trouble. It's best to have somebody to give witness to the fact you haven't been up to any funny business.

Ukraine is a much more conservative society than many of ours in the west. That being said, I doubt many women would be accepting in a lot of our countries either, even if there was a crisis. Especially in places it hasn't already been introduced.
