Isn't that the definition of racism?Historically it's been examined across all industries, and some of the crazy high paying jobs are mostly male dominated. It's not that simple tho - some male dominated fields are striving for more equal representation and deserve it, like thought leaders and CEOs. Still, if a male dominated oil drill worker puts their life on the line and makes more than a female dominated elementary school teacher, I don't think it's fair to extrapolate that as a source for income inequality. | /r/MensRights | 15/03/18 05:42 PM |
