1	Huffington Post writers are chosen mostly based on their gender and race. Isn't that the definition of racism? Historically it's been examined across all industries, and some of the crazy high paying jobs are mostly male dominated. It's not that simple tho - some male dominated fields are striving for more equal representation and deserve it, like thought leaders and CEOs. Still, if a male dominated oil drill worker puts their life on the line and makes more than a female dominated elementary school teacher, I don't think it's fair to extrapolate that as a source for income inequality.	/r/MensRights	15/03/18 05:42 PM
