Thank you so much. It meant a lot for you to write this all out and give me so much advice. I’ll keep this all in mind moving forward

Haha thank you so much for taking time out to write this all. He does treat me extremely well, and I’ll keep a lookout for any red flags. The only reason I’m considering a breakup right now in order to gain confidence on my own is because I know that this is a crucial time in the development of my mind, and I don’t want to continue to face as many insecurities as I am for the rest of my life. Do you think that I can still do that in a relationship?

Thank you, perhaps I’ll try that when we return to campus.

Thank you. Did you find that your first relationship was a positive and loving one, or more of a toxic one? Or did it grow to become toxic?

Thank you. I understand you need to know your self worth to avoid men who treat you like crap, but at the time we got together I feel like I was in a better state of mind than currently. He treats me so well too, so that’s where I get conflicted on whether or not to take time to myself to gain confidence or to continue with his support.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
