1	Starting Self Analysis: (also, PDF release!) This is a gem. I did not truly understand my weaknesses until I physically had to type them out. Personally, I found it quite difficult to write these things ("Really? I have these characteristics?"). From experience, this is the best way if you do not value yourself or have low confidence. 2	Do any of you guys deal with acne problems? Late bloomer here, my acne has gotten progressively better. Diet & stress lead to my acne. You don't have to completely cut out junk food, but cut back. Deep breathing and meditation has really helped me not only reduce my stress level, but also made me worry less about my acne.. People don't notice it as much as you think.
