And for me, she literally gave up our daughter to me (which I didn’t even have to fight for).. so she can restart her life single, get married to someone else without her having any child with her, and to maybe punish me as I’d be a single dad (which is hard). But she doesn’t know my life is complete with my daughter and it fills my heart with joy every time I see my baby girl. However, I feel sad for my daughter, she has a mother who has deserted her.

Similar story. Initially she said she wanted a divorce because I raised my voice when things crossed some red lines. But I tried to save my marriage.. which worked but she wanted to stay separated for a while until things cool down. She kept taking my money.. when I reached a limit I said no more.. then she texted, I slapped her a few months ago when I had an argument. Absolutely consult with a lawyer and never leave the house. Let her do her false allegations and restraining order. My ex got a restraining order based on false pretenses, I challenged, the judge even didn’t let my lawyer speak, the judge herself challenged my ex wife and dismissed the restraining order quickly and comfortably (she actually stated that she’s very much comfortable dismissing).
