For body language, you want to look confident and relaxed. Take up more space and lean back. Look at James Dean if you want some good examples of confident body positions. Try to relax and take your time. Rushing makes you seem nervous. Spread out and relax.

I think the first step is to assume that you are more desirable than younger men and that naturally younger women will want to go out with you. Any woman that rejects you is rejecting you for a different reason than age. Even if she says it's age, sometimes it's just a convenient excuse. (similar to it's not you, it's me)

Is this a good approach? (text the women who gave you the number?)

"She's going to love me, I'm irresistible!" (repeat as necessary and force a smile) Don't automatically smile when you meet her though.

I think the thing is to build attraction. You may have to go back a few steps and build back up to the point where you were. Use the natural physical progression based on what she is comfortable with. Don't make her your sole focus though. It also seems like you are worrying about her problems. I would advise you to focus on the way you are acting and let her sort out the should she or shouldn't she.

It's a touchy subject for many conservatives. The fact that you are male only adds to the problem. If you know of a good female that could be her guide, it would probably work better than trying on your own. Also, it could take years for this to happen.

Being genuinely nice doesn't work neither does being a jerk. You know what does work? Being a confident leader. Being "nice to girls" is still bad advice. Just don't be a dick.

Evolution dictates that women carry the babies. So, women are picky. Men evolutionarily don't care if they are the father of 100 babies. Men like that are more likely to pass on genes. Women who don't choose a good mate don't pass on their genes and with their limited number of chances and high penalty for choosing the wrong one.

She still went out with you when you told her you weren't monogamous. I say let her work for it a little. Build up some value in her mind, that you don't just do whatever she says and wants. While I wish things weren't this way, I think it is. Don't give in to her demands, especially if she's hot and secure in herself.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
