Look at a workout program thsat includes cardio. Or do a simple split like push, pull, legs or upper and lower with cardio between days. Make sure you include a rest day, too. To avoid the the too-tired-after-work issue, consider lifting before work. It will suck at first, but you'll get used to it. Use caffeine if you need the extra boost in the morning. This is how I personally avoid skipping the gym after work. Lift before work.

For what it's worth, I have both. If I want a quick read that is inexpensive, I have a Kindle Paperwhite. I can get the book quickly and start reading right away from the comfort of my home. They're also great for deployments if you're military. And they cut down on clutter around the house. If I want a book that I might loan to my dad or a friend, I get the physical copy.

If you end up needing any type of clearance you'll need to, at a minimum, disclose her as a foreign contact. There will be additional reporting requirements if law enforcement is iinvolved. If you don't disclose then you will be violating federal law. Bring this up to your recruiter. They may be able to help you sort things out.

Well, you're not wrong on the stupid part. Some people proudly call themselves thots. I wouldn't call it smart. I think a thot can be a basic bitch but not necessarily the other way around.
