Pick apart the words I use all you want, it became an argument the second you insulted me. Other men responded to my question genuinely and I am very grateful for their insight, but I don’t owe you in particular any respect when you immediately insulted me for asking a question.

Oh! So you guys are allowed to say you don’t give a fuck about women, but when women say they don’t give a fuck about men, it’s Misandry? You’re digging yourself into a deeper and deeper hole. Your hypocrisy is astounding.

You have to dig into my post history to try and devalidate my argument? You think that just because I called out one man for his shitty behavior, that means I hate all of them?

I didn’t use a single insult. You attribute any criticism to hate and that’s why lots of women don’t give a fuck about your ‘loneliness epidemic’.

I appreciate you explaining to me instead of insulting me, as I said I am not here to fight. I am curious about the principle of disagreeing with feminism, and any explanation on that would be greatly appreciated as I would like to understand the manosphere as a feminist myself. Feminism at its core is a community of women who advocate for the equal rights of women and for holding certain predatory men accountable. I would be interested in hearing about the disagreements and criticisms of it tha…

You can’t even scrap enough logic to give me the reasoning that I’m politely asking for. You insult women who are trying to understand and help you. If you stopped having such a victim complex and tried to fix your issues instead of just hating women, maybe your ‘loneliness epidemic’ wouldn’t be so bad. If redpilled content consumption isn’t based on the hatred of women, then why is so much of it advocating the abuse and coercion of women? Either you’re implying that redpilled content IS based o…

We aren’t holding you specifically responsible. We aren’t being abusive to you, we are being wary. And it sounds like we are right to be when you openly admit to not having empathy for us.

I’ve never seen women victim blame on such a massive scale as men do. Maybe individual women have bad takes about it but men have entire communities justifying their bad treatment of women by blaming the victim and consuming redpilled content. I’m trying to be helpful to this man in a real genuine way because that is what he asked for, and people like you try to attack me with fake statistics and diversion. While comments like that are victim blaming, so are the comments here. The fact that vict…

Thank you for taking the time to explain! I was disheartened by the other aggressive responses. I appreciate your insight as it really helps us women to understand.

I say we because I personally know many people that share my viewpoint. You all use ‘we’ as well, you you’re just picking at my language for no reason. A woman comes to your subreddit and states she doesn’t want to fight and is still met with vitriol and anger and we’re expected to believe that men aren’t hateful and misogyny isn’t real.

No, I am frightened because at the age of 19 I have already been raped and assaulted multiple times by MULTIPLE MEN. If you had been mauled by a bear multiple times before, what are the chances you’d still love hiking?

False accusations are extremely rare, even true accusations are extremely hard to prove. You guys just want to be oppressed so you devalidate women’s issues to complain about the ‘social consequences’ of false accusations. You know, the social consequence where you become the president.

All girls are different and I think it’s important to talk about things like that before engaging. Our mainstream media definitely glamorizes things like rape and coercion, which is directly linked to misogyny and mistreatment of women in real life. You have to be extra careful with things like consent, because it can really violate a person if there’s a miscommunication.

I appreciate you for having an open mind. If you aren’t a frequent on this sub I’d really recommend not coming here anymore, this subreddit in itself is extremely redpilled so I’d caution you not to go down that route. Quitting porn is a good start too, oftentimes porn influences the way that people view intimacy and consent, and I’ve seen it cause problems like this very very often. A lot of times men will do things without asking before or during sex because they assume the girl will be into i…

Genuine question I’m not here to fight, but why is it a problem is media caters to and reflects women’s experiences? We have plenty of male-centric media, I’m really just curious what the issue is with content that women can identify with.

Hi, I’m a feminist here and I’m not looking for trouble, I would just like to say that the majority of us never thought that most men supported him. The reason we are so against him is the ideas that he is perpetuating. When Andrew Tate got popular, lots of other pickup artist/alpha male content creators felt emboldened. We know that most men don’t support him but this content has trickledown effects throughout society and it will inevitably end up influencing many young men, even subliminally. …

A lot of people don’t like me in this subreddit and I can see why what I’m saying might be seen as rude, but the truth is, these comments are fostering an environment that seems a little victim blame-y. If you want my honest advise, it would be to stop engaging with redpill content and pornography. Porn often normalizes a lack of consent, and so do alpha male influencers and pickup artists. I know you want to look and feel confident and you might think that taking charge would accomplish that. B…

‘Most likely right’ Google is free. Your generalization of me is misogyny in and of itself. You don’t know me, you have a stereotype in your head that I represent to you. The issues that you are illustrating are tragic and awful, but they aren’t being done as a gender or hate based crime. These people are suffering, but not because they are men. Please understand that many women including myself want to help you. I thought that a perspective from a woman could help provide insight on why we are …

The patriarchy??? I don’t damn well you aren’t that stupid. ‘Usually’? So you’re allowed to generalize what women say or do but when women are ‘generalizing’ by being afraid of men, it’s misandry? Making up fake statistics about the number of men that have hurt women only makes you look more guilty. If you didn’t care about women and you’d rather hang out with your boys then why are you on a subreddit like this?

Why would you discredit your fellow women like this? It’s already many people’s first instinct to call women liars or dramatic. I don’t understand why you would say something like this. No dick is worth putting down an entire demographic.

The entire world is a men’s space. We aren’t trying to be condescending, we are trying to help you. You complain about the male loneliness epidemic but don’t listen when we tell you why we are afraid.

It sounds like she was rightfully scared. You groped the poor girl without her consent and now you’re looking for validation from men on the internet.

Absolutely not. It is not up to the girl to say ‘stop’, it’s up to the guy to not do shit without asking. This is what porn addiction does to you. ‘Killing the mood’ is no excuse for potentially assaulting a girl. Hope this helps.

If you guys aren’t incels then why do you get so defensive when they’re portrayed in a negative light in the media? If you’re a good man, people will know. Stop worrying.

We don’t hate men, we are terrified of you. Our anger is justified because it is the result of decades and decades and decades of mistreatment, sexualization, and abuse.

Redpills make wild assumptions about women and hate them for a stereotype that they entirely made up. You guys self-admit that you don’t have experience with women, so what makes you think that you have the authority to psychoanalyze women in an antagonistic light because you’re mad that they won’t sleep with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 05:16 PM

Say the same about women if you like! We know that you guys don’t like it that we are holding you guys accountable. We are more than willing to double down on that, despite the fact that ‘men won’t like you if you say that’.

Insanely privileged bullshit to be saying in 2025. ‘Why drive a wedge between the sexes?’ Women are advocating to CLOSE the massive gap that has been there for generations. You can’t play victim just because you’re being held accountable. Women don’t hate men for superficial reasons like ‘not going out with me!’ Or ‘being mean to me!’. They hate men because men oppress us and rape us and murder us and prey on us.

What behavior. Not dating you? The manosphere is entirely made up of men sharing tips on how to coerce and manipulate women. No amount of rejection could justify seeking that out.
