Holy fuck. Was thinking this. Just started a 150k a yr contract gig. My name wasnt even on the offer letter, it was my personal business name. I have no legal qualms with hiring contractors to do the work for me. Maybe not ethical, but should be legal as long as I don't violate NDA.
