During the last hearing, the judge wanted to order days and times of zoom calls. I was anytime after XX.XX pm works for me, my ex was difficult with the judge and could not agree on anything with her. It only stopped when I said that the judge only needs to order how many days and I will be flexible to accommodate my ex-wife. The judge didn't like that from her. My ex also has been held in contempt of court under our former judge and I have the court records. My ex requested supervised visitatio…

I declined the offer, and now it feels like I made a mistake.

Oh and the $21 job that I currently have is PT only, in IT help desk L1. I might get a second job as a temporary worker in AI annotation for Microsoft that pays $20 per hour (minimal benefits according to the recruiter).

Hey, she still does not let me see my son. I guess I have to file for contempt of court. Anything else I should do?

I actually have a court ordered parenting plan; she just doesn't care about it at all.

What do I need to do that her withholding my court ordered custody/timesharing time counts? She ignores my messages on talking parents and does not let me pick up my son. Do I need to suggest a police station for drop off and be there physically, or is it enough if she just ghosted me? Is a hearing the same as the trial that you mentioned? If not, do I have the right to a trial in any case or is it up to the judge? I have some videos from our home surveillance camera on how she treated me (calli…

Thank you for your help. I will contact some legal aid societies (haven't had luck yet). The bar association offers law advice for $1 per minute, that's what I have been using. How can I prove that I wanted to see my son? I request it per message but she does not respond at all. Do I need to drive to her area to proof it? Or is it enough that she ignores me?

So, I should proof that she is the evil one? I actually have some video evidence and she has non (because I wasn't the aggressive one). What else would be good to have? Unfortunately I can't spend $5k on a lawyer like she does.

So I should go there with the police?

Oh, and do I need to take all evidence with me while filing or can I submit that later on (I have to get everything in order and printed to present it in court).

What are some ugly scenarios? I mean she got a restraining order against me. In her paperwork she just made up lies and I can even proof that she made up some lies. Now I have a TPO on my records that won't be wiped out. She might even win the court hearing because she is a woman and I am a tall/big guy. She also can turn on a switch and cry (that's what she did in the first 5 minute hearing that got rescheduled).

First they gave her 100% custody, but after the hearing it was set back to the agreement in our divorce. I thought it would level out by itself again. It happened before and it took her 3 weeks to get her mind straight, so I thought the same would happen this time (which is bad, but I didn't wanted to harm our relationship any further). I guess our "relationship" as co-parents is dead now.

There is a court ordered timesharing plan in place.

Ok, I always stayed away at least 500 feet (called the police to ask her to hand over my child but she didn't open the door both times, so the police didn't do anything). I will keep on staying away. Yes, court ordered timesharing time. The TPO gave her full custody for 2 weeks, but the timesharing time was put back in place after those 2 weeks. No hearing took place so far because she asked to reschedule it (it is in March next year). How hard is it to file a contempt of court case? I tried usi…

I don't know how to edit my post, so here are more details: She doesn't even let me talk to him on the phone. She doesn't allow me to drop off his Christmas gift at her siblings house. No reaction so far if I can see him for Christmas. My ex is super narcissistic; what kind of mother would do that to her child?

I've read that it's not counting for divorces that have been finalized before July 1, 2023, but yes it could put pressure on judges. Thank you for your response.

Hello, do you know if that also counts if I have an already settled divorce? I want to file a motion to change the timesharing plan. It would help if HB1301 would have to be considered for my motion. Thank you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
