| 46 | After reading some of the MRA tag on Tumblr, I made a post about why it is wrong and got laughed at by feminists who mocked me. This is what I wrote in return. Isn't there anything I can do? | OrigamiOwl | /r/MensRights | 15/06/12 04:52 PM |

| 1 | This really bothered me, and the original comments aren't any better [x-post from r/gameofthrones]. Link to x-post comments in comments.I don't really see anything wrong with this, to be honest. It's just some people talking about how a character shouldn't be disliked for being a preteen girl. I don't dislike the character either – I actually quite like her. I don't think that the defence of females should be considered a negative men's rights issue. That sort of thing is what gives people the wrong idea about MRAs, I think. | /r/MensRights | 17/06/12 04:18 PM |
| 1 | Come on feminists , white knights and manginas, vote this down, I dare you.I love TheIgnoredGender. I've been subscribed to him for quite a while. Perhaps you should have phrased the title a bit differently, judging by the downvotes coming your way I think people are misinterpreting what you're saying. | /r/MensRights | 17/06/12 04:13 PM |

Isn't there anything I can do?Hah, that's probably true. I only went on there yesterday because I had heard bad things about the MRA tag. I don't frequent it because of just that reason (rahhhh we are teenage girls who will pretend like we know everything). | /r/MensRights | 16/06/12 06:19 AM |

Isn't there anything I can do?Thank you, and everyone, so much for these amazing comments. They're making me feel so much better, and really do give me hope that people are generally good. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/12 06:05 AM |

Isn't there anything I can do?To quote what I said above: "I do not want to link you to the page, because I do not want to make the people replying to me think that I am trying to gather together people to spite them." If you would like to see some of the responses, I wrote them in a response to an earlier comment. I really don't want to be accused of gathering an army against the people who spoke badly to me on Tumblr, it would just give them another thing to rant to me about. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/12 01:14 AM |
| 3 | After reading some of the MRA tag on Tumblr, I made a post about why it is wrong and got laughed at by feminists who mocked me. This is what I wrote in return. Isn't there anything I can do?That is exactly what I was thinking - like I said above, equality is a fight for being equal, not for being dominant. It's not just feminists that do this, It's people that do this. :/ | /r/MensRights | 16/06/12 01:14 AM |

Isn't there anything I can do?Yes, I agree completely - I am not at all saying that it is only feminists that do this. It's in human nature, I think. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/12 01:12 AM |

Isn't there anything I can do?Thank you so much for saying that! It certainly hasn't been easy - he battles with depression and PTSD, and has been an on and off alcoholic for quite some time. However, he is the kindest and most loving father I could have asked for. I will definitely pass on the message to him. c: | /r/MensRights | 15/06/12 11:12 PM |
| 6 | After reading some of the MRA tag on Tumblr, I made a post about why it is wrong and got laughed at by feminists who mocked me. This is what I wrote in return. Isn't there anything I can do?That's the silliest thing that I've ever heard, yet it's very true. If I don't agree with them, there must be something wrong with me. Oh, I'm not male? I have no goals then. Oh, I do have goals? I'm seeking attention. Clearly my disagreement with them is not because of my own thoughts and feelings... no, it must be because there's something wrong with me, some character flaw that doesn't let me see the light of their beliefs. :/ | /r/MensRights | 15/06/12 11:05 PM |

| 10 | After reading some of the MRA tag on Tumblr, I made a post about why it is wrong and got laughed at by feminists who mocked me. This is what I wrote in return. Isn't there anything I can do?That's awful. When they think I'm male, I'm a misogynistic, white, privileged male pig. Once they find out I'm female, I'm a "special snowflake" who wants to be a trophy wife or stay at home mom. Once they find out that I actually have goals, I'm an idiot who's trying to get attention and play the victim. Why must this be a fight for dominance instead of a fight for equality? | /r/MensRights | 15/06/12 11:00 PM |

Isn't there anything I can do?Thanks. @Scott: Let me get this straight. You think that I am using shaming language (which I never did) and playing the victim card (my father was brutally raped countless times and then mocked by female rape victims)? That doesn't make sense at all. I didn't mean to offend you, and I'm sorry if I did, but I really don't think that I did anything that you just accused me of. | /r/MensRights | 15/06/12 10:57 PM |

| 11 | After reading some of the MRA tag on Tumblr, I made a post about why it is wrong and got laughed at by feminists who mocked me. This is what I wrote in return. Isn't there anything I can do?Just now, some people have been starting to be supportive and have been stating that what I said was not sexist (yes, my post was somehow called sexist). This reply was my favourite: "why is this everywhere on my dashboard right now, kjsdhfkasjdhf this woman has a legitimate reason to feel this way, she was talking about how male rape-victims are treated poorly, it wasn’t meant to be sexist." | /r/MensRights | 15/06/12 05:47 PM |

Isn't there anything I can do?I do not want to link you to the page, because I do not want to make the people replying to me think that I am trying to gather together people to spite them. However, I can quote a few of them here: "Someone send me a legitimate MRA argument that isn’t “OH NOES THE MATRIARCHY” and I will mail them a goddamn cheesecake." "[My Tumblr username here] fails to acknowledge that ”men’s rights” is simply the sexist equivalent of white supremacy. MRAs should be ashamed of themselves." | 1 | Anyone have the link to the deadmau5 concert pricing ($140 for men, $40 for women)?I did a bit of research - it isn't the performer's doing, Avicii is going to play there as well and the pricing is the same. Either way, that is disgusting. :/ | /r/MensRights | 13/06/12 08:28 PM |
| 4 | The SPLC has apparently deemed MRA a hate group. How about the Feminist Movement?I think that the most disappointing thing about that is the comments. What doesn’t provoke outrage among men’s rights activists? Why is it that all these “real”, liberated men seem to be butthurt whiners? These idiots make cavemen look enlightened. What the actual fuck. I'm so disappointed. ಠ_ಠ | /r/MensRights | 12/06/12 11:11 PM |
| 20 | Female headmaster tried to scare boy by warning that if he wet his bed again, she would cut off his penis and feed it to the pigeons. She then grabbed the boy's penis strongly and injured him.Oh yes. It wouldn't just be a 10 day detainment for injuring others, but sexual assault charges and probably years in prison. This isn't to say that I don't think that this is fairly justified, but rather that I think that the woman who did this to a little boy got off far too easy. | /r/MensRights | 10/06/12 03:03 PM |
| 3 | Because only men cheat...Perhaps I read it wrong, but I thought that saying "keep your scumbag husband from venturing off with any other woman" and not mentioning the reverse at all seemed like it was implying that only men cheat, or at least that that was the only context in which cheating was a big deal. | /r/MensRights | 10/06/12 02:53 PM |
| 44 | Female headmaster tried to scare boy by warning that if he wet his bed again, she would cut off his penis and feed it to the pigeons. | 3 | Because only men cheat...Because it mentions stopping your "husband" from cheating, and shows a male hand, instead of showing an androgynous hand and saying "spouse". | /r/MensRights | 10/06/12 02:46 PM |
