Sony took millions in losses because of that shit movie. The industry obviously doesn't learn.

It's a slippery slope too. No jobs -> no family/instinctual drive to work like a mule (say what you want about marriage and kids, they have been a driving force for men for a very long time) -> long term economic stagnation/decline -> no jobs... Only reason I work so hard in the states is because there actually are jobs in my industry, I want to be able to buy my guns and a Camaro (one day), and take care of my blood family as we all get older. If I had none of that? Fiestas sound pretty good.

Exactly. It's unfortunate because such areas tend to be where the highest concentration of decent jobs are, yet the result is a tuna-canned type society where the market and available land result in lopsided house prices. Look at Seattle and Commiefornia; even a far out (1-2 hour drive) house in the Seattle area willl run you a minimum of 600k, let alone looking at anything within a reasonable distance of somewhere like SF. Not even a proper engineer, a 'real' one outside of IT, can afford that …

Pretty much. Go to any modern college campus and you'll see the following in the CS programs: Sausage fest of 80-100% dudes Maybe one or two nerdy chicks who might actually have what it takes. The remainder are just virtue signaling blondes in pumps and skirts that are taking the classes to brag about how smart they are. I'm a non-traditional student (I work full time in my respective industry while getting an engineering degree on the side) and the whole charade drives me nuts. These chicks wil…

Great drinking game, take a shot for every mention of "manipulative", "immature", "insecure", and "patriarchy"

It's funny, you tell your buddies you can't stand chicks like this (I live in a very liberal city) and they go crazy. Looks like a dude and has zero feminine features.

Your average suburban American chick: coddled, lured into believing life is a fairy tale of free travel and endless attention. Initial education and career moves are easy due to affirmative action. Unprepared to cope with real work and obstacles in life. Your average American dude: constantly told he's a pig, that he should stop "eye raping" chicks, and that he should just shut his mouth and work hard like a good "ally" (lmfao). Better equipped to deal with obstacles like sudden job loss and ill…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
