It doesn't decrease testosterone, just your brains ability to access it. Chronic pornography use and frequent ejaculation inhibit the androgen receptors in your brain.

It’s pornography. The years in the study even correlate with the dawn of the internet, right around 1973.

Men 40 and above are no stranger to ED, that's just the way nature works. I assume porn/masturbation doesn't help.

I wonder what impact masturbation and pornography has on male fertility after the age of 40. Due to the Coolidge effect, most men (I assume) crave novelty so they go to porn all while their partner might turn a blind eye. Instead of retaining and building upon the relationship, I'd wager that pornography and ejaculation frequency plays a huge part in "Post Wall" effects for men.

I should have clarified. If you just wanna have casual sex and be successful with low quality women, then yeah looks and attitude will achieve that. If you want a high quality partner, then yes, I'd argue that self discipline is extremely important for both parties involved. I'm interested in seeing if a man can master his own sexual nature. Is it possible? Is it beneficial? So far, I've seen nothing but positive, dynamic changes within myself and my immediate social circle.

Everyone's body is different. It's not so much the 'superpowers' that make you act like a chad, but the self discipline. How many men are even willing to try to tame 200,000 years of human biology?

You eventually get used to being horny and angry all the time, but it takes a few weeks. It comes in waves, but there are moments of pure equanimity.

Don’t jerk odd or have sex for 90 days and you’ll see a behavior Chad emerge within yourself.

The thing with masculine man is that they have been shunned by society, they are politically incorrect by their behavior. I'm curious what defines a masculine man? When you say shunned by society, what exactly do you mean? What behavior does a masculine man exhibit?

Saying that she wants nothing more than you to open up and communicate how you feel, and when you do, she runs the other way and becomes very distant. Maybe even starts emotionally cheating since your problems are too much and she needs a break. Kinda personal, but i'd say that's pretty toxic.

Let's just say she started having sex at 18. That's 25 people a year, or sex with a different person every 2 weeks. I think this is one of the reasons for changes in abortion laws.

Made her a bouquet of origami flowers and she got pissed it wasn’t real. A week later, my buddy said she was being real flirty with one of her coworkers. It hurt at first, but when I look back at her parents marriage, I’m so glad I didn’t end up like the super-cuck that was her father 😂

I’ve asked a few women about it and every response is “you’re not a woman, you wouldn’t understand.” Oh, I understand. I’m just glad I woke up before I committed to something stupid. She red pilled so many men this week, and I’m thankful.

Creating manageable hardships has helped callous my mind in facing other challenges. (stairs, extra reps, etc.) Cold showers prevent me from fapping every other day. Also a great opportunity to practice Wim Hof breathing. OP motivated me, so I'd say that's useful. It's also a different time. Life as a 20 year old in the 90's is completely different compared to a 20 year old today.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
