Do you miss her or do you just have terrible low self-esteem? It's something to consider and not meant as a dig or insult at all.. been in those shows and met someone that treated me like a human being and realized it was a self-esteem thing.

In my case my ex's boyfriend isn't responsible for my kids. But.. if I was a deadbeat dad and in hiding, then guess what, he would be. Truly messed up. In some cases they get child support from the bio parent AND the step parent.

If you move in with someone that has kids from previous arrangement, you could end up on the hook for child support if the biological dad is mia. Crazy but true.. at least in Canada.
